Below are the facts: On November 15th 2021, I purchased a new 24ft cargo trailer. That same day I reached out to Tim asking if he could perform some enhancements to the trailer. After some minor texting, we agreed that I'd drop the trailer off at his location on December 2nd. ----- Below are the list of enhancements that I requested: 1) Installation of a tongue toolbox affixed to the trailer tongue. 2) Installation of a solar panel on top of the trailer. 3) Installation of a deep cycle battery inside of the toolbox.  I requested that the battery be charged by the solar panel AND the truck when connected. 4) Installation of LED light strips powered by the onboard battery.  The light strip should wrap around the entire perimeter of the trailer on top of the walls. 5) Installation of light switches for the LED lights. On by the side door, and one by the cargo gate. 6) Installation of a solar panel meter that displays stats so I can ensure that the panel is working as it should. 7) Installation of an electric tongue jack which should run off of the onboard battery. ----- I just picked up the trailer several hours ago. All items are my list were satisfied with beyond-perfect execution. That, alone, ensures a 5-star review. But it's the items that I DIDN'T ask for that prompts me to compose this review. 1) I asked for a light switch for the LEDs. What I received was a rocker panel with multiple switches for future expansion, along with a custom-made panel with paint to match my interior. 2) I asked for the lights and the jack to be connected to the onboard battery. What I received was a professionally wired fusebox with all of the electrical components routed and installed within the tongue toolbox. I've had trailer work done before, and I've never met someone who would take more time out of their day to perform enhancements that I didn't specifically ask for. 3) I didn't ask for Tim to fix one of the cargo door bars that was poorly manufactured. 4) I didn't ask for Tim to route all cables behind the internal walls. I'm amazed at the time he spent to perfect this. All of this with a light-hearted and warm demeanor? Absolutely! I can't sing Tim's praises enough. I purchased a 2022 5'x10' trailer to replace my prior trailer that was stolen. Tim helped me with modifications and repairs to the trailer. He installed a flap ramp, re-grounded my lights and installed two vents. All the work was the highest quality and reasonably priced.
