Saw all the good reviews about this place, so I wanted to give them my business, because spending…read morethousands of dollars in repairs on a rig to the wrong shop can be even more costly. Not too sure how this place is so highly rated on here and on Google. Apparently some customers get called back. Called this place Friday morning. Immediately got sent to a voicemail mailbox that doesn't have any room to leave a message, then immediately got a text message requesting that I text. So I did. I texted the repair that I wanted done, you know to get a price, and set an appointment. 12 hours later, still no response from the shop owner or employee or whoever is running this joke of a shop. If you're not prioritizing your customers and you're not actively seeking to repair somebody's equipment, you shouldn't be in business. And I definitely would not trust the work here, seeing how they can't respond to a simple text message. If you can't do something so simple as respond to a text, whether it be a couple hours later or almost 12 hours later, then you definitely can't be trusted to handle a costly repair. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149.
