After he left it was still not working. This is during 20 degree temperatures.She called and texted him for a week and he never returned her calls or text finally my husband called and he called her back the same day and came out and told her he needed more parts and would be back. He never came back a couple days later he called her and told her she needed a new heater which for a dented one would be $700.
