He recommended plain Gouda without any herbs and spice because that's the best way to taste the cheese, but I'm not really a purist and I ended up falling in love with their fenugreek (medium aged) Gouda. Omg so good, nutty, creamy and tastes a bit like coffee! I have never seen fenugreek Gouda in the US so this is definitely one of a kind. Have a cheesy day!
