One of the most popular things to order here is called a Plank, which is basically a wooden board that they fill with meats, cheeses, tomatensoep, and other bites from a few of the vendors there. You can order them from the stand at the entrance. We stopped in once on a Sunday during brunch time, and almost everyone had a Plank of their own. Our absolute favorite part of this place is that we can enjoy the best cider in the world here; Lightship Cider. Do yourself a favor and get one. It's crisp, fresh, and flavorful. I'm obsessed. Fenix Food Factory is a must-go if in Rotterdam!
