Although I have never eaten actual "food" here, it all looks great and the prices are amazing. I can testify that the desserts are fantastic because that is what we have ordered and they are also inexpensive! The chocolate chip oatmeal cookie is exactly how a really good one should be. The Nanaimo bar was yummy as is the cheesecake by same name. The Everest chocolate cake is about 10" tall and looks moist and delectable as did the HUGE overflowing chocolate muffins but we didn't have room to try either. Next table got several slices of fruit pies with whipped cream which I resisted (but looked great and I can say they were gone fast, and the berry cobbler looked also amazing. Seriously amazing). And at $3-5 each, they were a splurge in calories but not for the wallet. On the way out I viewed the glass case and saw large $4 spanakopita, the bowls of chilli and a very good looking cheesy Mac & Cheese. So much to choose from and if what we had were representative of the taste and quality, you won't be disappointed. Next time in Victoria, we WILL be back for food first, then dessert! read more
