They had scheduled appointment customers they were helping and managed to work us right in without neglecting them. Art and Shelly are fair, knowledgeable and extremely kind. Art spent so much time with us explaining the ebike world to us and making sure we made an informed decision with test rides and answering all our questions. Before we left he made sure everything was fit and working properly to our satisfaction and patiently making changes to our needs. I feel confident Art and Shelly will continue to support our purchase above and beyond should we have any future problems or repairs. Our maiden trip was 18 miles on some hill country that I certainly would not have entertained on my mountain bike. In my late 50's it has opened up a whole new world of possibilities and much needed exercise. If you are considering an ebike go to RAR first!

I called to get a price on setting my 2012 EZGO electric golf cart to the freedom mode. I was told…read moreit would cost $225 (ridiculous!! It's a simple process using a hand held programmer - one can be purchased on EBay for $600 and they are good for 20 cart programmings). I thought they misquoted so I called again the next day and was quoted the same price. I called to other EZGO dealers in the area, one quoted me $60 to reprogram the speed controller, and the other place quoted me $100. With that being said, I think Hoosier Sports is out to charge their customers as much as they can. Their prices are extremely high!!

They claimed for it to have "no legible serial number" despite it having a four digit serial number on the frame. I mentioned that the ATF doesn't necessarily require serials from guns made before 1968. However they claimed a corporate policy is what prevented the sale to go through. Now I have to spend an additional 200$ for shipping and transfer fees to get it back. I won't be transferring a gun here again, I'll rather do it at Midwest on grape road where I know I won't have problems. I will come back to the store to use their range until Midwest range opens theirs up. Then I'll leave and not come back here except if there are great sales going on. Disappointing.
