They claimed for it to have "no legible serial number" despite it having a four digit serial number on the frame. I mentioned that the ATF doesn't necessarily require serials from guns made before 1968. However they claimed a corporate policy is what prevented the sale to go through. Now I have to spend an additional 200$ for shipping and transfer fees to get it back. I won't be transferring a gun here again, I'll rather do it at Midwest on grape road where I know I won't have problems. I will come back to the store to use their range until Midwest range opens theirs up. Then I'll leave and not come back here except if there are great sales going on. Disappointing.

There's always a few people there. I always get asked if I need help finding anything, which I usually do, and they always have what I am looking for or can get if for me. The young guy running the place has always been very polite and helpful. They have a good selection of ammo at a good price. There is always a few higher end firearms and a couple interesting pieces of eye candy in the mix.

It took a few minutes, but I got what I was looking for. I even bought socks to go with them for a reasonable price. It's a pretty big store with many selections and nice winter gear, and the parking lot is pretty big with a lot of parking. The checkout line didn't take long. I was only able to look at the fishing section since I was crunched for time but it was aisle upon aisle of anything I could have needed! When I was checking out the cashier told me this is the biggest store Dunham's has ever had. I also noticed that every section and offering was the same size if not bigger of the same corresponding section at the New Dicks House of Sports right down the road! The customer service is also way better than Dicks. I'm greeted upon entering I'm asked if I need help finding things and if I do I'm walked to the item I'm looking for!
