He does have an embroidery sewing machine on site to quick make any hat your heart desires. You could walk out of the store with a hat that has your name if you felt like it, which is pretty neat. I didn't realize that was something Lids offered, and that definitely deserves a shout out so others can know about it too. I'd also like to say, I love that a place that only sells hats exists and stays open. There aren't as many specialty stores that are so specific and stay open so I can only imagine they get people who swear by their hats and come in all the time. I just might become one of those people.

I also noticed that every section and offering was the same size if not bigger of the same corresponding section at the New Dicks House of Sports right down the road! The customer service is also way better than Dicks. I'm greeted upon entering I'm asked if I need help finding things and if I do I'm walked to the item I'm looking for! These shoes and inserts are designed for runners and walkers. They have a machine that is able to measure your foot size in width and length and height of arch as well as pressure points. I am not able to bend over enough to tie shoes so the Sketcher type of slip on shoe is what I was interested in. However they have a slim selection of this type of shoe. Our salesman was very patient and helpful and came up with a solution.

They claimed for it to have "no legible serial number" despite it having a four digit serial number on the frame. I mentioned that the ATF doesn't necessarily require serials from guns made before 1968. However they claimed a corporate policy is what prevented the sale to go through. Now I have to spend an additional 200$ for shipping and transfer fees to get it back. I won't be transferring a gun here again, I'll rather do it at Midwest on grape road where I know I won't have problems. I will come back to the store to use their range until Midwest range opens theirs up. Then I'll leave and not come back here except if there are great sales going on. Disappointing.

Components cost money and so does labor. Bike station will not rip you off, but it isnt bargain basement pricing either. They helped me pick out a used bike, making sure it fit my specifications and we found one that was also priced just right. I grabbed a new seat and a lock and I was ready to go!! Not owning a bike rack (yet) the owner was able to, and kind enough, to drop the bike off at my apartment on his way home - amazing level of service, which you would NEVER find at a big box store. Happy to support this business and you should, too!
