He does have an embroidery sewing machine on site to quick make any hat your heart desires. You could walk out of the store with a hat that has your name if you felt like it, which is pretty neat. I didn't realize that was something Lids offered, and that definitely deserves a shout out so others can know about it too. I'd also like to say, I love that a place that only sells hats exists and stays open. There aren't as many specialty stores that are so specific and stay open so I can only imagine they get people who swear by their hats and come in all the time. These shoes and inserts are designed for runners and walkers. They have a machine that is able to measure your foot size in width and length and height of arch as well as pressure points. I am not able to bend over enough to tie shoes so the Sketcher type of slip on shoe is what I was interested in. However they have a slim selection of this type of shoe. Our salesman was very patient and helpful and came up with a solution.

They claimed for it to have "no legible serial number" despite it having a four digit serial number on the frame. I mentioned that the ATF doesn't necessarily require serials from guns made before 1968. However they claimed a corporate policy is what prevented the sale to go through. Now I have to spend an additional 200$ for shipping and transfer fees to get it back. I won't be transferring a gun here again, I'll rather do it at Midwest on grape road where I know I won't have problems. I will come back to the store to use their range until Midwest range opens theirs up. Then I'll leave and not come back here except if there are great sales going on. Disappointing.

First, I was quoted a price of exactly 125.00 from the owner over the phone. Nothing else. Second, it took me three weeks to get my bike back and this is after I called each week to hear updates and how things were going with my bike. The 3rd week I got a call back from a employee not the owner and was told the price was $210.00!! When I did finally speak to the owner he said "Oh, I said 125.00 plus labor..." They give terrible customer service by withholding prices in writing (always do a printed invoice), not calling customers back and changing prices. Third, When I got my bike back it was not fixed! It was a bumpy ride, the gears would not shift without slipping. I had to take it to another shop in Plymouth to have the back gears fixed. At the end of the day, my bike still needed additional work! You are much better off getting your bike fixed off of Craigslist, from either Joe in Plymouth or the Goshen bike shop. Yes it is further away, but they FIX your bike and charge you very little and call you back. This is not a place for good deals, as even their in store retail bikes are overpriced and need some TLC.

He tells me it's not his problem and precedes to become a little cocky. I tell him that they have 24 hrs to get in touch with me or I'll call a lawyer . He tells me I cannot say that and that I'm out of line . Really ? Over 2 mo. Of my communicating with no reply and I'm in wrong. Needless to say I'm still out 60+ dollars for what could be a bootlegged sweater with crumbling letters. Do not shop here with confidence . Amateur business owners with horrible customer service and return policies. Better off spending money at a national store or via the internet.
