She and her team volunteered to accept my online shipments at their office so that all of my reception items could be in Florida upon my arrival from Chicago. Meredith helped keep everything organized including inventory lists and checking the inventory to make sure shipments arrived safe and sound. She answered emails always within 24 hours and almost always answered the phone the first time i called regarding a situation. I especially appreciated how many photos they had online to give me a clear idea of what I wanted ahead of time. One of the most helpful tools was their brochure--it laid out all the different options and upgrades in a really easy-to-understand way. I knew exactly what I was getting, and it made planning a breeze. Finding the location was probably the toughest part, but honestly, that was more on me than on them. They presented a few great options, and it came down to my preferences. Once we nailed that down, everything else flowed. The day itself? Seamless. All I had to do was show up--literally. Everything was handled for us. It was such a relief to not have to worry about a thing in the moment. We also got both photos and videos, which was awesome. They told us we'd get the photos within 14 business days, and they delivered right on time. That said, the wait felt long just because we were so excited to share the moment. We wanted a theme of a starry night to commemorate our engagement and they did an excellent job decorating everything. They used balloons, candles, centerpieces and even a custom made backdrop to set the mood. They were punctual, and professional in their dealings with us. Overall I highly recommend them and can't say enough about how happy we were with everything! Will use them again in the future if needed for another event.
