What I experienced was shocking and unacceptable. During my second visit, the treatment was shorted, and when I brought it up, both Gloria and the owner, Nicole, tried over and over to make me pay for treatments I had already paid for. Despite having proof of my purchase, they completely ignored it and even refused to give me access to the machinerecords that could show what was actually done. When selling the treatments, the staff and owner are extremely friendly, charming, and persuasive, making you feel comfortable and like you're getting a great deal. But once you pay, they switch completely -- suddenly you are ignored, dismissed, and treated as if they are doing you a favor, even though you already paid in full. They lie, mislead, and try to make you feel like the problem is yours, not theirs. I felt pressured, disrespected, and completely taken advantage of. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a business. They promised a complete treatment package, but what I got was half-done, shorted, and mishandled, and instead of fixing it, they tried to squeeze even more money out of me. Warning to anyone considering Gulf Cosmetics: Do not trust their words. Do not pay a single penny without proper documentation. Make sure you get everything in writing and have proof of every treatment or payment. This clinic is all charm and friendliness at first, but once your money is in their hands, you are treated like an inconvenience, ignored, and pressured for more money. based on my experience, I would never go back, and I would warn everyone I know to stay away. Do not make the same mistake I did -- this clinic does not honor its promises, and they will try to take advantage of you at every step. I felt Dr. Perich listened to my concerns I wanted addressed and was attentive to it, which I appreciate. I got exactly what I wanted the first time, which was also my first time getting Botox treatment for a medical condition. The second time I asked for the same thing and felt she did something different. She had already injected about 1/3 the units and then clarified what exactly I was getting it for based on our conversation talking about about two different reasons, despite me mentioning the reason at the beginning. I felt she started off injecting different areas than the first time and I left with a bruise. It has been well over a month and I do not see the result I wanted. I feel as though I wasted money. There is a first time discount and and a rewards club too, because Botox is not cheap. I did not get an itemized bill, which would have been helpful as I had questions which have since been answered by business. No receipt was offered, but it was given when I asked for it. Both times wait was very long despite not having many clients in the office. I would say first time was close to 40 min wait in the room, second time maybe 25. Place is definitely friendly and social. Office is beautiful, clean, and in a great location on Seven Springs Road. They stay in contact and are motivated to grow the business. There is an attached eye clinic also. Overall, I am apprehensive about returning based on my experience, as it was quite a chore finding the service I needed before locating this office.

Laura the massage therapist deserves a 110% star. That massage was amazing. I have just found my new massage therapist. She employees multiple massage techniques that were able to relieve a sports injury in the shoulders and loosen my IT bands. Brianna did a good job but since I paid for add on brow wax it seems my 90min fascial was short because from start to finish with add on was only about 75min. She did a good job otherwise. I would prefer to give 4 1/2 stars but not possible. Overall highly recommend and will return.

As a first-time client getting lip fillers, I was very disappointed with my experience at Uderma…read moreMed Spa. I chose this location specifically because Alana had great reviews, so I expected good results. During my appointment, she used two different products because she said I have thin tissue in my lips. I was told the procedure would be mostly painless, as many people I know who have had lip fillers said it did not hurt much. Unfortunately, it was quite painful for me. One of the vessels in my lip burst, leaving me with a large bruise on my upper lip in addition to bruising on my lips. I purchased the Arnica dissolvable tablets and cream they recommended, but they did not seem to help with the bruising. I was also left with large lumps in my lips. I was told this can be normal during the recovery process and that they should improve within about two weeks. However, the lumps never went down, and at my follow-up appointment, the filler had to be dissolved. Now my lips are more uneven than they were before the procedure. The left side of my bottom lip sits higher than the right, creating an angled look, and my top lip is also very uneven. Even before dissolving the lumps, it seemed like the filler in other areas had already dissolved because there was almost no visible enhancement. In fact, no one even noticed that I had lip fillers done. Considering the amount I paid for this procedure, I ultimately left with no filler at all. When I asked the receptionist about the possibility of a refund, since the filler did not remain and had to be dissolved, he responded in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that they could not provide a refund because it was not their fault that I have thin tissue. I was not asking for a refund simply because I did not like the look or wanted something different. The filler did not hold in my lips, resulting in complications, and had to be dissolved completely. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, especially as a first-time lip filler client. I trusted this provider based on the positive reviews and expected a much better outcome. Instead, I paid a significant amount of money, ended up with no filler at all, and now have uneven lips that I will have to pay someone else to correct. The fact that I was not offered any type of refund or resolution for a service that ultimately left me worse off than before is extremely upsetting and left me feeling very discouraged and hurt by the entire experience.
