I won a 1 hour massage at Renewal Day Spa of Trinity in a charity raffle, and that was the best Christmas gift I recieved, lol! Having never had a massage before this, I'm a FIRM believer now! Denise has been a professional masseuse for more than 30 years, and her hands are golden! I left feeling more relaxed than I've been in years! Heather, the owner, is so kind, she understood that I was a novice and told me what to expect before I ever got there. This is NOT a massage parlor like in the movies, you know the kind; trashy and yucky. Nope, this is an upscale medical grade, totally PROFESSIONAL business. It's bright and airy in the waiting room, super CLEAN! The massage room I was in was very clean with soft music, muted colours, clean decor. The table padding/mattress is heated for comfort, and Denise made sure I never felt exposed or uncomfortable. When I arrived, they asked questions about my health, any injuries or areas to avoid or that I wanted to be focused on. I had no idea my shoulders were that tense! I've definitely been converted, I wish I'd had one done earlier in life, because it's such a relaxing experience! Now that I know, I'll be back on a regular basis! It took me a few days to write this review but it's because I wanted to have enough time to give this place justice. I used a gift reception certificate that I received for Christmas from my good friend. Boy am I happy she gave that to me! I had THE most amazing massages I've ever had in my entire life! I've been going to Massage Envy, once a week, for the last 8 years! I have fibromyalgia and had back surgery last April. Heather Davis of Renewal Day Spa, on Seven Springs Blvd., is by far the best Massage Therapist I've ever had. As a matter fact I'm going to leave my massage therapist of eight years and go to her. I can't say enough about how amazing she is. I had deep tissue and she could practically read my body and find all of my issues. What a cute little place as well!! No other woman has really been able to get into my muscles the way she did. I would HIGHLY recommend her for a massage. I'm totally buying gift certificates from her for Christmas. First time here . Had my massage yesterday and Heather is by far the best . She was so pleasant on the phone when I called for an appointment . She was very thorough and I had my massage for exactly for 1 hour. I usually look at the clock and the other places will not give you full hour ( to me even 5 minutes is very important) . The place is clean, the massage pressure was just right, I did not have any aches after ( other places I was sore) . So now I found a place where I can regularly go and no more searching . Aurora was AMAZING. The 90-minute massage was so relaxing. Let me tell you - I have been getting massages for about 30 years, and I am not lying when I say she is one of the best I've ever had. She "touched on" all the areas of my body that were aching, and she was very intuitive. Had a mini facial and foot treatment with Shaunda on Friday and let me tell you, it was the most beautiful, relaxing, incredible experience I've ever had!! I've gotten so many gift certificates and visited so many different spas around the Tampa Bay Area over the years and NOTHING has compared to how amazing I felt during these treatments. Just had an amazing two hour facial and massage. Shaunda, my esthetician, was awesome. She took her time making sure I was comfortable as she worked on my face. She even massaged my arms, neck and head. The products she used were soothing and very aromatic. Her sweet demeanor and soft voice made the facial very relaxing. Nathalie, gave me my therapeutic massage. She made sure she wasn't using too much pressure as she massaged me. Her products were creamy and felt wonderful on my dry skin. I don't even have the words to express my gratitude in finding Heather! I am post op 3 months from a total knee replacement. I have NOT felt my self since this major surgery. The swelling is restrictive and to say the least very annoying! The moment I spoke to Heather on the phone I knew she would be the one to help me! I saw her today for an hour. I've had massages at other places, but this place is definitely top two in my opinion. Rebekah did my message and her hands are absolute magic. I prefer a medium to deep pressure and I get constant headaches and she knew exactly what to do and where to do it. Hands down recommend! They were out of the CBD Oil when I went so hoping they have that next time to enjoy as new customers get $20 towards their massage (although, I never did receive that) but Rebekah was the sweetest and I'm hopeful next time it'll be offered :) Go check this place out! read more

Massage with Denise was one of the best massages I have ever had and I've had hundreds. I especially needed some work after several falls playing pickleball (it seems to be a serious issue with many but so much fun to play) and I've had a couple of back surgeries over 20 years ago so I occasionally get some aches and pains; not to mention falling on my knees several times in the past (biking, skiing, tennis, falling off the tram in Zurich, etc.) I felt great after my massage and weeks later. So I am a 215+ average bowler who has ben struggling for months. had some sciatic issues and weight loss. On Wednesday went in for a 1 hour massage. addressed sciatic as well as loosening up shoulder and neck area. The very next day I shot a 278 game and a 726 series which I hadn't done in 4 months.
