I was there about an hour and half. I left feeling great and that it was money well spent. So much so, I booked 2 more of the same treatments, each 2 weeks apart but on a Friday at 5:00 pm. I show up for the 2nd appointment at 4:55 pm and she was still with the previous client. So I waited 20 mins for my session to begin. Again, no biggie. This time however my treatment only lasted an hour total and she really only messaged the left side of my back. I had to ask for the right side, which she did and then moved right into the cranial release. Once done, I paid (for the full hour, full body message and cranial release) and was back in my car an hour after my appointment started. My body felt good, but I felt like I was imposing on her for taking the appointment time she offered! I canceled the 3rd appointment and won't be back. It's a bummer because that first visit was amazing.

During our brief consult, I explained to Joanna, that I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain (due to poor sleep and a stressful month) and she proved to be extremely attentive to my needs. She worked on my most painful areas for a decent amount of time, and after the massage she rubbed my neck with a homeopathic pain relief cream with a similar scent to Vick's rub/Tiger's balm.
