She also recommended treatments based on my skin.The facial was relaxing and informative. Minea gave me a few samples of products tk try. I appreciate the samples bc my skin is sensitive, and this will let me give them a test run. I already made another appt in 2 weeks for laser hair removal and an injection consultation. They are stuck with me now! Hahaha. Thank you for making me feel better about my skin and giving it some love.

During my consultation they educated me on what technology they use, what it would feel like, and they were very open about pricing with no hidden fees. My technician was Gabriella and she made me feel comfortable and had me in and out in five minutes for my underarms. While she was doing my treatment she made sure to ask if it was too painful which I really appreciated. The treatment itself aside from being fast was also relatively painless. I was really nervous going in but the staff had me walking out excited for my next appointment. Can't wait to go back!

She did not pressure me to buy any other products or procedures, but did bring them up in conversation which could be a good thing to know for future services or to bring up to friends and family. They do offer quite a bit. I was a little caught off guard with the lightning wipes being an additional cost. Previous conversation seemed like it was included as aftercare because of the need with assisting the procedure to actually be beneficial. I am excited to go back and to see the results of the treatment. She was very transparent that there will be visible results but the problem areas will not be completely revolved after one session! Pro Tip: There is a texting service and there is 10% off service (only- not product) for first time customers... they didn't bring it up but if you mention it, they'll honor it. I called the office to schedule three HIFU sessions for face and neck. The front desk informed me…read morethat the clinic was offering a special discount for HIFU face at $300. I mentioned that their Groupon offer is $449.10, so obviously I preferred to book directly through the office at the lower rate. When I asked to add HIFU for the neck, I was told it would be $1,000--which made no sense. If the face treatment is $300, the neck portion should be proportionate (around $150). Essentially, I was told that face + neck would cost $1,300, while Groupon lists the combo for $584.10. After being placed on hold for about 10 minutes while the receptionist spoke with the practice manager, she returned to say that the $300 offer only applies to the face, and the neck is full price. I pointed out that I could get both areas cheaper on Groupon, but she said Groupon is just their "marketing strategy" to attract new clients to the clinic, not something they match or honor. This made no sense from a customer standpoint -- I was ready to purchase three sessions upfront, but the inconsistency in pricing and the dismissive handling of my questions completely turned me away. This review is for the owner: please train your staff and review your sales approach. As a medical practice, transparency and professionalism matter. Patients should not feel like they are being upsold or confused by inconsistent pricing. Selling treatments is one thing -- but upholding the integrity of your MD title should always come first.
