I immediately called to explain the situation and requested a refund or even the option to use the deposit toward another service, such as Botox. Unfortunately, I was told no to both. I completely understand that businesses need to protect their time, but keeping a full $500 deposit after only two days -- before any services were rendered or time was spent preparing -- feels extremely unfair and unethical. Life happens, and good businesses show understanding and flexibility when unforeseen situations arise. I'm disappointed that this office chose to prioritize policy over compassion.

I set the appointment for early morning and the automated appointment was for a much later time but I adjusted my work schedule and kept the appointment. During the consultation I'm told by Dr Williams she doesn't do dermplaning and they're out of the chemical peel and was then pitched some take home products. I should have ended the appointment then but went ahead with the tox and filler. Didn't use all the filler so Dr Williams set an appointment for 2 weeks out to use the rest. Day of my appointment I called because I never received an appointment reminder and the phone number was disconnected. I called 3 times to be sure, I texted the number off the website and received no reply. I showed up to the appointment and it was a new business but Dr Williams' name was on the door so I figured all was well but after waiting in the reception area and calling out hello down the hall I left after no one came to greet me. Poor communication , terrible follow up and Scott is unprofessional. Your money will be better spent at a business that values your time and their reputation.

It looked as though I hadn't had any services done whatsoever. I called and explained that I was out of town and made an appointment for when I returned. When I went in for my appointment to have these issues addressed I was told that if I wanted anything "fixed" that I would need to pay for it. The APRN stated "I promise I don't fill the needles with water" which I found odd considering I never accused her of doing so.... So when I asked why I spent $900 and still have lines and it looks like I had nothing done, she stated they wouldn't be fixing it and I'd need to pay. End of story. I am extremely disgusted by this facility and definitely won't be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would....
