For the 2022 Gala we decided to hire Pioneer Media and we could not have asked for more. Bryndon and his company went above and beyond our expectations! He got on conference calls, asked questions and took the time to make sure he was prepared for the evening leading up to the event. He paid close attention to detail. His turn around was fast with a quality that was so much more than what we were hoping for. Somehow, this extravagant event that we have often struggled to describe was all captured in a simple highlight video. We used durants for our wedding this weekend. About a month before the day, my husband and I went…read morein person to durants to confirm that we wanted tent walls added, as it would be cold in the evenings outside in October. Once arriving for wedding setup, we noticed that the walls were not included. We called the SAME lady (Michele) that we met in person, and she took NO accountability, claiming that we never asked for the walls and that she had no idea what we were talking about! So rude, and honestly so disappointing on their part. Rentals were also dirty and cheap! It looked like our white chairs we rented were used about 100 times and were NEVER cleaned. Dirt, mud, stains, tape on chairs, scratch marks. Some chairs were unusable, as they were so gross! Same with the tent walls! When they did arrive, they arrived dirty and were ZIP TIED to the tent! So ghetto. They had originally told us the walls could be raised and lowered on the tent walls. But the guy delivering the walls said that Michelle in the store LIED to us, and that they had to be zip tied to stay down. When we met in person at durants, we also planned to have everything delivered on friday before the wedding on saturday. We get a call the week of the wedding saying that they are dropping the rentals off on wednesday. We both worked wednesday and could not take off to be present when the rentals were dropped off. when calling Michele on the phone, she said we never settled on friday drop off (which we absolutely did).

When we connected ~6 weeks before my wedding, Daniellee did a great job stepping in and managing the plan I had already put in place: getting a handle of my timeline, vendors, and vision for the day and identifying the areas where I thought I would need the most help. My wedding was semi-destination (I'm NYC-based) and Daniellee's knowledge of the Kingston/Saugerties area was super helpful. We were lucky to have access to our venue on the Friday before the wedding to do some decorating and host our rehearsal and Daniellee was more than willing to work with our schedule and dive into help us with decorations and running the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, Daniellee did everything in her power to ensure I was informed about everything that was going on but never had to stress about the details. She did it all-- from picking up bagels for the bridal suite to putting together healthy and delicious snack trays to assembling 15 eucalyptus wreaths-- she even talked me off the ledge during a freak pre-ceremony rainstorm! She also did a fantastic job managing a complicated shuttle schedule, ensuring all my guests arrived on time and had a safe journey home. Last, but certainly not least, Daniellee is an incredibly kind and energetic person to be around. She checked in on my husband and I throughout the reception, made sure a breast-feeding guest was taken care of and, when our polaroid wall was looking a little thin, ran around at the end of the night taking candids and selfies. I have my 3 horses boarded at Stoneview Farms since April 2011. I love this facility. I have…read morepreviously been at 3 other farms who I also liked very much. But Stoneview is definitely the longest time my horses have been boarded. I hope it's like home for them by now. I love the people at Stoneview Farms. It's no drama, no bossing, no rudeness, and no stress. Stoneview Farms is a place where people come to enjoy their time with their horses. I really appreciate that. The schedule is very open but I always check for availability on special days. So far I can visit my horses anytime: 8 pm or 6 am. On holiday days or weekends. This is important since I live 35 miles away and I have a very busy schedule. The barn is kept extremely clean. The horse stalls are 14x14 large. Perfect for really big horses like mine. It has windows that are open in the summer. It never really gets too hot in this barn. I think it is because of the altitude of its location. There is always a nice breeze. The farm also has a large arena, a round pen, a jumping field and a track. The horses are not crowded in their paddocks which means there is plenty of green landscape for our equines to enjoy. The Taddeo family and their employees work tirelessly in improving the previously neglected farm. Every month there is something new, something improved and it makes everyone happy. Its already a gorgeous farm that suits our pocket sizes. Some boarders are serious horse people. They will ride under any weather, and their horses are worked almost daily in their skills. That is always inspiring to me. Some horses there are retired but they look very happy and cared for by their owners. Some horses belong to Eric Taddeo and these are race horses that are worked out almost daily. I really enjoy seeing all this activity. But nobody is preaching and its a very relaxed atmosphere without die hard rules. I do recommend this farm. It's a pity they don't have an indoor or a warm space to hang out in the winter with my children. But I'm certain that eventually it will happen... I love their new instructor Laura Juhlin and she has brought in so much business by teaching horse ridding to children and adults. She is also very easy going and knowledgeable of her horses. Stoneview Farms is the best Warwick secret. They are affordable, kind, home like facility for all sorts of horses and their owners. Thank you guys!
