It's at the end of a road with ample parking. The guest house was comfortable for 20 adults and 6 kids(the kids slept in sleeping bags). It was very clean and everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. This is perfect for a large group. It has a big open field for activities. We enjoyed the pool and did some fishing in the pond, we actually caught a few. It was very relaxing. I would definitely rent it again! The host were very easy to communicate with. I've been here once and I WILL be back…read more First of all, I have a toddler who NEVER stops moving. So this was absolutely the best place to take him before nap time. We met up with my mom, sister, and niece so the kids could play. This was fun for both my two year-old and my six year-old niece. I definitely think that it's geared towards the younger ones... which they make perfectly clear. We reserved a spot from 11-1 which was a good time. It was busy and there weren't very many places to sit. People had tables reserved with their stuff which was a little frustrating since they weren't sitting there. The whole time we were there we saw at least two or three tables that had items on them, but no people. I think it would be nice if they had cubbies or containers... some sort of spot where people can leave their stuff and go hang out with their kids without blocking tables for those who plan on actually sitting at them. It's a great place to be able to have some coffee either by yourself or with a friend while your child(ren) play. They do have some small bites you can order as well as snacks for kids. They specify that you are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks. Of course water is the exception here as basically everyone had their giant tumblers as well as smaller ones for the kiddos. You're also allowed to bring things like baby food and whatever toddler snacks you keep in your bag at any given time. While they say no outside for or drinks are allowed, we DID see two moms who each had a toddler and a baby that brought in Chick-fil-A. They both had strollers since they had little bitty babies. So they could've snuck the food in, I don't know. They were already there when I arrived. So they either don't care that much or the two employees I saw were too busy to notice or care. I don't know how many people were working that day, but I into saw two. One was working like crazy trying to get all the drinks and food made for everyone while the other was in the play area trying to keep an eye on everything there. They were both working hard. The lady at the counter was VERY nice and extremely helpful. Especially when I was having a hard time getting the waiver signed online. She was very patient and made our first trip here very pleasant. They do offer party packages for events like birthdays as well as private rooms where you can work for a couple hours while your child plays... for an extra fee, of course. All in all, this place is great. I'm looking forward to our next trip. My coffee was delicious. My son liked his kolache - or hot dog as he called it lol. He had fun. My niece had fun. We will be back!

Not only was it the most beautiful, but it was also the most affordable and the least stressful when it comes to overall planning of a wedding. Trena, Danny, and Avery were so helpful! They offer an all inclusive package where you are able to select your food, decorations, dessert, flower arrangements, plate settings, DJ, selection of where your ceremony will be held, etc. You only have to show up once (other than the tour) in order to select everything. You also have to meet with the food vendor at their restaurant for food tasting in a separate location. It was so simple. I went one day with my husband to tour the venue and an additional day to select everything. That was all! Friday you have access to the rehearsal dinner and Pattison house. Both buildings are decorated with a rustic glam touch. You are able to drop off all your wedding items the day before. The day of the wedding, the bride and bridesmaids have access to the Pattison house. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT!! A whole house!!! Danny married us during the ceremony and was so elegant , intimate, and professional. Their staff and owners were nothing but professional, helpful, and kind. We also respected the delicate and beautiful place and didn't act like entitled brats. It's absolutely amazing! Best experience ever! I have seen so many brides stress over their wedding day and here I was only showing up once to make our special day happen! During the wedding, all we did was relax. Avery made the wedding so fun and kept it moving. The next day we took our time and showed up around eleven am to pick up all our things.

We toured several venues prior to choosing The Pattison House. When we took our tour Trena & Danny told us that they didn't care if we picked their venue, they just wanted to be sure we picked the best venue for US. As they immediately felt like family, we knew there was no choice but The Pattison House and are so grateful we did! I was able to plan our wedding while working 60 hours a week and don't have to stress about a thing. Trena and Avery had every detail handled from the decor, to flowers, and vendor coordination. They made wedding planning and our wedding day an absolute breeze. We were the first in our family to have a wedding that didn't require our family to decorate and/or clean up which was an important detail to us and greatly appreciated by our family. Their attention to detail ensured we were able to enjoy our day stress free. We can positively say, without a doubt, that we would pick The Pattison House again in a heartbeat. Every penny you spend to hold your wedding here is 100% worth it. You couldn't ask for a better venue and team! If you pick them, I promise you'll be adding them to your Christmas card list for years to come.
