But when you stop (and you should!) you'll find that inside it's like the outside--very simple--but you also see that they have one huge, very modern pizza oven, and they serve quite a variety of pizza and subs and grilled foods. Great pizza that delivers to Hidden Valley. The people that work there are friendly. I love the Bacon Ranch pizza. Homemade ice cream sandwiches are great. It's cash only so drive down the road to the gas station to use their ATM to get cash. I wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant but rather getting delivery or taking out. read more

I ordered this on my stopover in Donegal, PA. I live near NYC, and I have frequented Artichoke Pizza, DiFarra's, etc, and I must say this is some of the best Pizza I have every had. I can't understand why, it must be the farm fresh ingredients, because it is in the middle of farmland. The tomato sauce was sweet, the vegetables were fresh, and the bread and cheese tasty. Stayed at Hidden Valley, they deliver there. Delivery took just under 2 hours. Sauce is very sweet, none of our family of 4 liked it. So if you like waiting 2 hours for a delivery of a donut with cheese on it, this is your place! Not ours, never again. read more

The worst pizza, delivery and customer service. My boys and I finished swimming and ordered pizza and showered and put pajamas on. We watched a movie on TV while waiting for the pizza to arrive. The driver calls as he rips into the parking lots and ask me to meet him in the lobby. I was in my pajamas, clothes were in the washer. The driver was rude, rolled his eyes and had a little empathy pow wow with the child at the front desk because I was irritated. I paid $5 for delivery and tipped the driver another $5 for an $18 order. So much sugar in the sauce. Most disgusting pizza. Inedible. I did call and talk to the owner and he said it was hotel policy for no room delivery after the driver said it was the pizza company's policy. Worst service and pizza. Disgusting read more

Delivery took 1.5 hours and when we called to ask about it they were rude and hung up the phone on us. The sauce tastes like there is a pound of brown sugar in it, making it completely inedible. We ordered 3 large pizzas and threw out two of them because we couldn't finish it. $60 later and everyone was still hungry. Delivery man was very nice hence the two stars. My husband and I stopped here for a soft serve ice cream cone. We walked into what appeared to be the seating area and as soon as we got close to the ordering window all you could smell was cigarettes and a stale cigarette stench. I could not stand directly in front of the window without having the stench blowing in my face. We hesitantly ordered our cones and retreated to the parking lot. The ice cream was good, but unfortunately the cone reeked of stale cigarette smoke and had to be thrown away. We were thoroughly disgusted. read more

The pizza, as with all food, is a matter of taste - if you like sweet sauce, it's all good. My kids love the pizza; the locale is convenient to Hidden Valley; it is a good spot for ice cream (they always have teaberry!); and we've always had very friendly customer service and delivery. Note: when I ordered a burger without a bun for my gluten-free kid, the woman taking the order asked if the burger was for a gluten-free someone, and said she would make sure that the burger went into foil and not on the pan. The exterior is not the nicest (older and mismatched tables and chairs plus HEAPS of children's toys strewn about), but I generally don't let looks put me off of a place. Watched one staff member come out and smoke among the tables (ok if you're a smoker I guess, but I found it very unappealing). Ordered a Stromboli and took it to go. I dipped that thing in the sauce provided, and I could barely choke it down. That marinara sauce was outright sugary! I mean, it almost could have passed for maple syrup. I let someone else try it who also thought the sweetness was really unpleasant in a tomato sauce. I offered a third person a sample who declined after seeing the two of us wince and scowl upon taste test. I finished the rest of the Stromboli dry. The bread component was pretty good, but the rest was just okay. Definitely not a great way to spend $8. read more

TERRIBLE. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only is the food very bland... But the staff is incredibly rude. I had ordered a steak and cheese pizza, they had delivered a steak and cheese sandwich. When I called them to inform them of the mistake, they said it was my fault that I was not clear what I wanted, but if I made up the price difference, they would run me the pizza. I said to her that I specifically ordered a pizza and she told me no that's not what I said. Became very argumentative with me on the phone so I hung up. the only place we had to eat was on the hot patio . was surrounded by windows with 2 open spots to come onto the patio..it was filthy..cobwebs hanging..windows dirty floors and tables needed scrubed.. open garbage cans and we kept having to shoo the flys away.. no blinds to pull down to shade the tables...the food was terrible there were five of us..the burgers and the buns were hard...the chicken salad tasted awful...those who ordered pizza to seven springs and hidden valley would not order if they saw the kitchen and place it came from...come on people you own a business...get your act together.. read more
