The food was fabulous - we were there for pasta night and the pasta choices were all great. Gotta recommend the perogies as well, a pennsylvania classic. I also gotta say - if you're a vegan, this place will be hard for you possibly (but i think the grain bowl or beyond burger will work!). Vegetarians will be happy, as the vegetarian options are great! If you're looking for a nice spot for a comfortable meal, this is your spot!

Unfortunately the salmon was a bit overcooked and dry. And my Blue cheese pasta with beef tips was overwhelmingly salty and a tad extreme and the beef a bit chewy. They were out of pumpkin!! Most impressively the staff in this place either love their jobs or are under extreme duress because we were exhausted watching the exemplary service. The interior is awesome, all decked out in 50s pine, beautiful wood lighting diverted and old school French doors; beautiful. Overall just okay.

While traveling with my kid, we picked up a simple thing: a pepperoni pizza from stairs. When we walked in, the staff were arguing with each other about who wrote down what, who put the wrong toppings on which pizza, etc.It seemed that the oldest person in the group, I'm assuming an owner? Manager? Was being the hardest on the younger staff, which was difficult to watch. We left after picking up our pizza, And drove out towards our campsite. On the way, we had a couple of slices, rather, we each had one slice. The dough was "bready" and soft, pepperoni and cheese on top we're hardly cooked (the cheese was melted, but barely). The sauce was sugary sweet. Even though we were very hungry, we simply could not eat this pizza and ended up throwing it away. It was a very disappointing experience.

Seriously, my friend and I ordered two orders of fries, a hot dog, a hamburger and two diet cokes at 12:08 today. We were told "30-40 minutes." People who ordered after us got their pizza and sides before we got our food, which was the first red flag. The lady at the table next to us said, "They are losing tickets; you better go check on your food." I did; I was told everything was fine. I asked for our drinks. They were grudgingly given. At 12:50 (42 minutes after ordering), my friend went to check on our food. She was told "It's gonna be another 20-25 minutes!" At 1:13 we finally got our food when I went to the window and asked AGAIN. Two bags were basically tossed at me. "It just came up," the waitress said. I call BS on that! Everything was cold! NEVER AGAIN

While I understand this is not exactly the same, we all know it basically is. So I had an idea of what we were in for. Or so I thought. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. At our arrival there were three other tables. The largest had four people. The atmosphere was very quiet at this time. Our waitress was very nice to us but still somehow seemed overwhelmed or busy. We ordered the Tuscan Brucshetta for an appetizer. What was brought to use was a hotdog/hoagie bun, toasted with tomatoes and balsamic on it. For lack of a better word, it was weird. One of the entrees was a calzone and I'm not even certain the dough even saw any heat. It was pale, soggy & just barely above raw. We didn't have a chance to ask the waitress to ask the kitchen to fire it again bc we didn't see her until she brought the bill and our to go pizza. Not even sure what to make of the pizza. Watery sauce and limp dough, again. We have said we might give this place another chance bc sometimes people have bad days. Not in a hurry for a rematch but will edit review if so. Plenty of parking.
