Jennifer ALWAYS responded to my questions, concerns and inquiries in an extremely timely manner and had an answer for me as well no matter how many crazy questions I asked. She checked in with all of my vendors, was on time for set up and had everything in place and ready to go when and how it was supposed to be the day of the wedding. The service was absolutely wonderful and they made the experience extremely stress free for me. The product they provide was also extremely impressive. The tables, frame, barrels, and table runners we rented from them all looked even better in person than the pictures even showed, and the pictures looked great, they were the perfect size, color and quality for my wedding. This past weekend I celebrated my baby shower and Rustic Events truly helped make my day unforgettable! We worked with Jenn to help us create the rustic shabby chic theme I had my heart set on. My sister booked these tables for her wedding near Mission Bay. Besides the gorgeous bride, these tables really dressed up a wedding in the park! I was amazed at how much a wood table could really class up an event! If you were to take the flowers & décor that were on the tables as center pieces & put them on a plain or table clothed table it would have looked cheap in comparison! I'm telling you, you could toss some flowers on these tables & the tables would make the center pieces look fantastic...out of a photo shoot!! Add a runner or just have them plain, these tables are beautiful! Amazing quality at a great price! I know my sister & her husband had a great experience working with the owners. I was there for some of the set up & take down & these people were like family! Super fun & friendly & it seemed as though they really had an interest in making that day the most special day ever!!! Where do I even begin with Jenn and her awesome team?? I recently got married at Scripps Seaside Forum and had Rustic Events supply their beautiful white washed farm tables and cocktail tables. My wedding was quite large, almost 300 people and they supplied all the tables. I didn't find out until later, but Jenn's husband was up late refinishing all of them for our wedding! Rustic Events is THE place to go for great service and wonderful rentals! We rented farm tables, chairs, drink stations, signs and the ceremony arch for our daughter's wedding and loved everything. Their prices are great and the quality of their inventory is excellent. Jenn is so easy to work with that I feel like I have a new friend! She is quick to respond by phone and email and has an amazing showroom if you feel the need to see her inventory before deciding which pieces to rent. We used Rustic Urban Events for a 40th bday party that was at my house. From the time i made the phone call to book the tables, to the time they picked them up after the party.....the owners were very professional, sincere and a pleasure to work with. What I booked for merely just some tables for the guests to sit at.....ended up being a total upgrade to our party decor! Everyone that came to my home was so impressed by the unique and richly panted tables and benches, that I am for sure going to book them again and again! They answered all of our questions during the planning process (Jenn is super responsive!), their selection of rentals/styles allowed us to create just the look we were going for, they were flexible when we needed to adjust our reservation, they were on time, worked perfectly with our day of coordinator, and took everything down at the end of the day. We used Rustic Events for our wedding day at Temecula Creek Inn. We rented the espresso sweetheart table, wine barrel tables, and one of the corn hole games. Everything looked perfect and added that rustic, yet still elegant feel that we were looking for. I highly recommend adding the lawn games to any event. We had people playing corn hole from the time cocktail hour started until right before our grand exit. Everyone that I was in contact with at Rustic Events was so kind and more than helpful, even when we had to add things to our order three or four times.
