    I recently rented furniture from rustic events for a surprise party. Right from the get go Jenn was super helpful and responsive. She was very prompt in all the email conversations. And since it was a surprise party Jenn worked with me to make sure delivery was done within a tight timeframe. They also had a wide variety of options and their rentals looked so amazing. The delivery , setup and pickup were also really great. Will definitely be working with Jenn for future events !!

    We used Rustic Events for all of our wedding rentals and our experience was amazing. Where do I even start? Jenn is seriously the sweetest and was such a pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond and more than happy to accommodate our many requests. The prices were very reasonable, and there was such a great selection of gorgeous inventory. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful everything was! I can't thank Jenn and her team enough for helping my dream wedding come true.

    This company is amazing. We used them our our engagement party. My soon to be farther in law is who dealt with the company and he said it was super easy. Email communication was quick and answered all of our questions. They delivered everything the night before the party and then came to pick up the day after. Not to mention their inventory is great! I would definitely recommend rustic urban events for any party!

    Jenn and her husband are unbelievable. First off, their tables are gorgeous.We did als o have the opportunity to rent brand new chairs from them for our sweetheart table, and they were also GORGEOUS. Jenn worked with us from the beginning in regards to payment, and all reports from my planner on wedding day were glowing! Thank you, Rustic Urban Events! I can't wait to see photos of our table setup when we receive them back!

    I have to say one of the easiest parts of the wedding planning process was working with Jenn from Rustic Events. I was getting married at a very modern venue and fell in love with the hairpin farm tables I kept on seeing on pinterest boards as I felt they worked well with the vibe we were going for. I reached out to quite a few rental companies in SD that provide hairpin tables, but they were all significantly out of our price range or the tables were not really wide enough to accommodate what we wanted for a table scape design (on top of the fact that they were expensive). I then somehow stumbled across Rustic Events and reached out for a quote hoping they would be able to work within our budget. Not only was Jenn super responsive to every question and request, but the tables were beautiful - absolutely perfect for what we were going for - and they were within our budget!!!! Jenn let me come visit her showroom on a Sunday to see the tables which was great as I work during the week and it would have been impossible for me to get out there and see them on a weekday. We had booked a lot of our vendors already so Jenn and I chatted about that as well as the details of the wedding like the colors we wanted and the vibe we were going for and that we had only got a day-of-coordinator, so I was doing the majority of the work as far as the wedding planning went. Jenn actually pulled up photos on her phone of other events that they had done when she heard about our plans and sent them to me after my visit for inspiration. She also reached out to a coordinator whom she had worked with in the past after I commented that I loved the color of one of the table runners that she showed me. She got the name of the color and where the coordinator bought it from and forwarded it along to me (and this was before we even signed a contract!) knowing how much I loved it. How freaking sweet was that!!! After speaking with her and seeing the inventory, I knew that this was perfect and we moved forward with signing a contract about a week later. In the days leading up to the wedding we had a few changes and Jenn reached out to confirm final numbers without me having to reachout to her first which I appreciated immensely. Fast forward to the wedding day. Her guys showed up promptly and set-up the tables without any issues. They came back later that night to break down and again no issues and they were super quick. I couldn't have asked or dreamed of a smoother process, which if you are planning a wedding mostly by yourself, you know this is a huge deal. Thank you Jenn and Rustic!! If I ever need any rentals for any event, I know I will be reaching out to Jenn again!

    I got several items from Rustic for my wedding. I love their expansive selection! Everything looked fantastic and was in excellent condition. They delivered the day before the wedding and picked up the day after. Responses to emails were super fast.

    What can I even say? Jenn with Rustic Events was so easy to work with, so accommodating, and just sweet as can be. I was adding furniture and props up until the day before my wedding, but Jenn didn't mind at all and helped with everything. We received so many compliments on the decor - especially the white farmhouse tables and the white sweetheart table. Thank you Jenn + team for all you do! I highly recommend them for your next event!

    I would HIGHLY recommend renting with Rustic Event to anyone. All of their furniture is of top-notch quality with a rich authentic rustic look. For my wedding, I rented their medium and large tables, cocktail tables, crossback chairs, wine barrel tables, couple fixtures, and wine barrel decorations. When I first saw their furniture in the showroom, I could immediately tell each furniture was made from high-quantity material with great craftsmanship. The furniture looked and felt sturdy with a polished finishing. Rustic Events offers their tables and chairs in both expresso and whitewashed colors...And, both colors are equally nice! In fact, I thought the whitewashed table looked even better in person than in pictures as the vintage characters doesn't quite show in pictures. Ask Jennifer for their inventory list. They have many nice fixtures and decorations in their inventory that's not apparent on their website. I loved loved loved working with Jennifer!! She really loves her furniture and understands how important it is to you to have your vision come into fruition. Her prompt and pleasant service was extraordinary during my stressful planning period. I had to suddenly relocate my reception 1 month before the wedding, leading to a complete change in my order... Yet, Jennifer was quick to help me make those changes- Her genuine service orientated attitude is really amazing!

    We hired Rustic Urban Events for our wedding at Levyland Estates. All their tables were beautiful and made of solid wood. They made our entire venue look so luxurious. We got so many compliments from our guests about them and one of our guests was interested in renting them for her upcoming wedding. Jennifer from Rustic Urban Events was so great to work with. I would highly recommend to anybody who is in need of high-end wood tables at a great price.

    My response to Jenn's post (Jenn's claims are in quotes): "I told her I could provide a preliminary quote but that her event was located in Malibu and deliveries in Malibu can be very tricky due to narrow roads, steep hills, terrain etc." This is false, please refer to the snapshots of the text message correspondence I had with her, where she, verbatim, told me "As soon as I get back, I'll send you a quote and we can go from there, I want to say it's in the $400 range but I can't remember. But we are that way often because there's not many vendors that supply what we have. Then you can figure out if it's worth it or not, hahaha" "Once she provided the address, that's when she stated something to the effect of "Yea, I am worried about that"." Please refer to the copies of the text messages between Jenn and me, NO where did I ever say anything to the effect of "Yea, I am worried about that" This is an outright lie. I specifically told her that I am having an In-n-Out truck coming to the venue, and In-n-Out assessed the roads and venue and said their truck wouldn't have a problem on the roads leading up to the venue. I ALSO told Jenn, as you can see in the snapshots of my text messages, that there are many events and weddings held at my venue, and it's not the first time vendors have delivered and setup there. In her response, she implies that she had to ask for my address AGAIN, more than once. In my very first email to her, I told her my venue is in Malibu, and she only asked me for the address once, which I immediately provided as you can see in the text messages. She told me that they deliver to Malibu "all the time", as you can also see in the texts. If she delivers to Malibu all the time, she should know that the residential streets are narrower, that there is of course changes in elevation as most of the homes are on hills overlooking the ocean, and that venues tend to have stairs. NO other vendor charges per step taken, changes in elevation, and number of stair steps, that is ridiculous. "If her guys were to do the labor intensive work for this and get hurt, my insurance company will not cover them. That is a HUGE lability for me as a business. I didn't arbitrarily raise the fees, I raised it according to the contract specifications. And, I had warned her ahead of time that may happen." Jenn NEVER warned me ahead of time that she may raise the fees by over $800 because of "elevation differences and stairs". If you go through her reviews, there is another client of hers that actually rented from her, and AFTER delivery and setup, charged the client a ridiculous amount for the same exact reason. She does this without any warning, she does not inform her customers that they charge for every single foot her laborers take during setup and every single stair step there is on the property. " I communicated with her for less than 24 hours." Later in her response to my review she states... "I made myself as accessible as I possibly could have for more than 24 hours." Which is it? Was she in contact with me for less than or more than 24 hours? Even this minute detail is conflicting in her response. "In the end I had to end up blocking her phone number from my cell phone, as I felt she was on the border of harassment to me, my business, and what we stand for." Harassment is a very serious accusation, and this is completely libelous. I have contacted Yelp and Jenn regarding her comment about me being on the border of harassment and have not received a response. Please refer to my last texts to her, where I tell her that I am going to be leaving a review of my experience, and it is not to harm her business, but to make others aware of how she runs her business. After the last text I sent her, stating I will not be making contact again, I never did except to let her know that I left a review so she may respond. Bottom line is, Jenn's response is libelous and full of fallacies. I have proof. Ask her to post copies of the statements she claims she and I made. She can't, because she is being dishonest. And that is the reason I took the time and energy to write a review. This company is dishonest and misleading. I would not recommend them, unless you are planning on spending an obscene amount of money with them. She wasted my time, and instead of maintaining her professionalism and being apologetic, she was rude, short, dismissive, and insulting to me.

We worked with David to schedule an appointment to see the warehouse last year and he was super easy and friendly to work with! There are quite a few things in the warehouse and we didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. We ended up picking out a few items for our wedding day on our way out and paid the deposit that day. On the wedding day, our coordinator handled all the delivery and placement but those rental pieces came out absolutely gorgeous! The hexagon backdrop paired with the gemma chandelier with a few flower pods from Lovely Peonies were stunning! My jaw literally dropped when we finally got up to our seats. The gemma chandelier was my favorite piece as it gave such a romantic glow at night. We also had a large frame with wires to display seating charts on but I wasn't able to see that up close since I was so busy but it looked great from far away! Overall, I would highly recommend working with Madam Palooza for any decoration rental needs. David was such a pleasure to work with and my husband and I are so happy with the way the pieces turned out!

    Simply amazing! We were looking to rent lounge furniture sets for our wedding and after falling…read moredown the Google rabbit hole of furniture rental vendors, we found Touched by Time! We had contacted several other vendors for price quotes as well, and even though Touched by Time is located in the Temecula area, they did not require a rental minimum or charge more for delivery for our Orange County wedding. Nancy and Kelly are the sweetest people and are so great to work with! We had an initial meeting with them to describe what we wanted and go over details and sign the contract. Then it was just email correspondence until about a month before our wedding date, we went to pick out our furniture! As of October 2019, they had just moved to a new warehouse space, consolidating all their inventory as well as their photobooth trailers. Nancy is great at suggesting what furniture pieces will go with what and picking out accessories and reassuring you that everything will look exactly how you want it to look. We rented two lounge furniture sets (couch, chairs, table, and a bunch of accessories), an arch, donut wall setup, giant jenga and corn hole. They arrived on time, set everything up and was great about working with the restrictions of our venue. Super fair pricing (they had the best pricing for an arch!), super sweet people, highly recommend!! If you are a dog person, they have the sweetest dogs as well!!

These two helped a lost and confused bride (me) figure out what I liked and didn't like and pulled my vision together into the most perfect day! I started with just an inquiry, unsure of what I wanted in regards to rentals and without any design aesthetic myself, I had no idea what colors I wanted. I described things that felt whimsical and looked soft and romantic and Nancy and Kelly took my words and send me photos of some wonderful pieces they had. They both worked closely with me to help me narrow down my vision and even expand on it. They sourced the most PERFECT donut wall that was even better than I dreamed of. They had the frame, a wonderful vintage find, and worked with Nancy's husband to put a peg backing on it and had him make matching dowels to display even more donuts on for me! I was blown away! They tied it together with a fun marquee "DONUTS" sign and beautiful glass and gold cake stands, blush pearl beading and gold mercury votives. It was the prettiest dessert display that lured our guests into the Stone House for some delicious sweets! Additionally, once I got my vision together, Kelly knew I wanted a soft blush couch, one way or another. She kept an eye out as they are always adding new pieces to their collection or refurbishing old ones, and she sent me photos of lots of choices until we found the most perfect look! I couldn't be happier! We did two lounges, one inside the Stone House and one outside. Each had blush elements and kept with the whimsical vibe by adding glamours decanters and gold mismatched picture frame or stacked trunks and a crystal chandelier lamp. It was a dream come true and all our guests could not stop saying how it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever seen. I needed to rent an Arbor or something to stand by for our ceremony. Nancy and Kelly had the most perfect arch and paired it with a crystal chandelier to ad a little glitz and glam to our special moment. It was perfect! They also were so wonderful in working with the Calligraphist I had chosen. They got her the vintage window in enough time so she could write out all the guest names, menu details, etc. for our escort wall. It turned it beautiful Our sweetheart table was another creative vision. I wanted nothing distracting from my hubby and I but still romantic. Kelly pulled he most comfortable wing back white chairs with a soft fur plush white and glitter pillows. She decorated the table with beautiful vintage china, charger plates, gold and crystal goblets a darling "Mr. & Mrs." sign and blush pearl beads for a romantic touch. It was stunning and made our first meal as husband and wife so special. The entire team that supports Nancy and Kelly at Touched by Time deserves 10 Stars if I could give them. We were over the moon with how our wedding day turned out and it would not have been possible with this wonderful team of vendors at Touched by Time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
