In preparing to contact regarding a replacement pillow, upon closer inspection it was obvious the orange/gold pillow was used. The tag was washed out, and the pillow itself had lint from something blue. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement for the wrong product, provided pictures showing the obvious error, and provided the UPC codes for the pillows. Upon receipt of the requested information, I was informed that they had refunded the price of the incorrect pillow, the business did not have the ability to provide a replacement product, but I was free to order another and they would as COURTESY waive one-time the shipping for the replacement. However, they did not really have the ability to waive the shipping fee, I would have to pay it first, and THEN they would waive it when contacted. This was an online purchase, and I have NEVER had such an awful purchasing experience, and I certainly will NOT do any more business with them.

I spotted something that would go with my decor. It was a four-tiered stand, I didn't notice a price. So I asked what the price was, and the lady went to the front desk to check. When she came back she stated two prices. That is when I realized that they were two two-tiered stands stacked on top of each other. I asked the lady if I could get a deal if I bought both. Hey, you never know. She could have just said, "no". But, instead she answered, "If you can't afford these items, you could always go somewhere cheaper". That response to me was quite questionable. I sat on this experience for while, and waited until I was calmer to write this review. I just thought this experience for me could have been handled in another way, since I was a patron there. But in the long run, she was right about something, there are other places to shop.

I'm glad she solved the problem, but customer service certainly isn't their strength.

Rick, the owner, has a great eye for quality and style and is super friendly, to boot. Once he offered to lend us his SUV so we could haul a piece of furniture to our nearby home!
