I love this place! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the pricing is reasonable and their "spicy" Chai Tea was the best I've ever had!:)

So happy that this bakery made our Red Wing experience ever more special. The donuts and pastries were amazing. Maybe some of the best donuts ever. The fresh breads we purchased were also amazing. If you are in Red Wing you have to make this bakery one of your stops.

The bakery staff are friendly and even though there is often a long line, they get you through it so quickly. The prices are a little on the high side but it is a treat to visit and worth the splurge. Go earlier in the day for the most choices. The decor is so fun and full of town history including benches from Red Wing pottery, old shops from town, and even old bakery equipment. They also have a small deli that has more lunch choices and a coffee shop with gourmet options or just a simple cup of self-serve coffee with about a dozen flavor options. It is a wonderful place to sit around and visit while enjoying your sweet treats. We stop almost every time we are in town and even make the trip on some lazy Saturday mornings from the Cities, They have won many awards and one trip will explain why. If you haven't been there yet, give it a try!

The space is really bright, clean, and open with an easily navigated layout. The staff was friendly and they were having fun while joking and listening to the radio. They've got coffee and some basic lattes but mainly selling baked goods. I tried a few things and all were fantastic. The vanilla concha was insanely soft and had a nice subtle flavor without the baking soda bitterness you sometimes get. The coconut bun was my personal favorite. Same dough but with a sugar paste and coconut flake topping. One of my litmus tests is pan de feria and theirs didn't disappoint. Crazy soft with a nice, subtle sweetness. It's a hike from my house but you know I'll be back if I'm in the area. Definitely recommend if you're looking for sandwich rolls or any sweet pastries.

The flavor was very bland and the bread itself was somewhat hard, which made it seem like it had probably been sitting out for a while. The pricing also felt a bit high for what I got. Unfortunately, I do not think I would come back again.

We had visited the orchard years before, and it was easy to remember because they have Jonathan Apple apple trees all along the driveway up to the shop! The apples are so nice it is tempting to pull one through your car window on the way up! They had pies baking as we walked in, heavenly!! You can buy a whole pie, or by the slice, 'ala mode even! A lot of apple desserts, blueberry crisps, cream cheese topped apple muffins.. and a fantastic view from their dining area! The real fireworks came when we tried their honesycrisp cider. Holy smokes. I would pay whatever they asked of me for that stuff. We honestly went home with six gallons of it because the told us it freezes well. I like that they have a little bakery and seating area. I do wish they haf a little more variety of food and drink options, but we got applr doughnuts and apple crisps and they were glorious! This place is worth the trip when their honeycrisp apples are in season! The perfect way to spend an afternoon with your family!
