He showed me some options while another gentleman gave me a book to take home and told me to go online and try the flooring in my room online. I called on a Friday to inform them I would be off the following Saturday I was told to call Saturday morning and Bob would be able to help me. I called & Bob came over and took the measurements with no pre-appointment I was able to go back to the store and get some large sample boards and take them home and see how they looked in the lighting in my house awesome customer service by all the staff. Starting in August 24, 2023 Mike called me back with a price for the work I needed done. Him & his staff Sabrina & Bob were absolutely awesome. Fortunately & unfortunately for me when Sabrina & crew came by to lay the floor down my subflooring was rotted & when I asked about the kitchen I was told my dishwasher was placed under the subfloor & if the floor was put in & the dishwasher failed or needed to be replaced (which I was planning on) the floor, countertops & cabinets would have to be ripped out. Wait! What?! Dayum! Wasn't expecting that. Because of their honesty & integrity I later found out that The back room was improperly installed on a wooden deck that is rotting and sinking into the ground so now my back room has to be demolished and rebuilt! UGHH!! And to think all because I wanted a new floor. Soooooo! Now all these months later I'm still figuring out what needs to be remodeled & what actually can be remodeled. Not having fun yet. Overall the work was done well - I think they forgot to seal one step - but quickly corrected that when I mentioned it. They were a little messy with the stain on the baseboards, but repainted afterwards and the baseboards looked better than before. There was a language barrier, but the foreman "Nixon" spoke English and we were able to work with him effectively.

My only real issue was that there was a language barrier wth the workers who did did not speak English very well and one of them kept taking cigarette breaks and just flinging it in front of my home. I should have called him out on it but just let it be. Needless to say by the time they were done there was a filthy accumulation of cigarette butts in front of my home.
