We went to exchange it and bought new dishes for our grown children. The cashier whispered to the other cashier with her back turned to us not to wrap it because it was a return. she had just told the person in front of us they did complementary wrapping for everything. The worst part about it is, she whispered it behind our backs, we knew exactly what she said because the cashier started to try and wrap the presents. Needless to say, we won't return. I don't ever like someone to talk behind my back, especially not to whisper. If it's company policy, she should've just told us.
