They have a few other ice cream shops in the plaza, but I think Frozen Moo is the one that's open the latest. They also had the selling point of 92 flavors! They're very happy to let you sample flavors, which I loved. I ended up with a coffee chocolate chip flavor. I ordered a single scoop in a sugar cone and it was the largest single scoop I have ever received. It was actually two full scoops, which is such a generous portion. Every time we go to HHI we go to this place. The service is friendly and they offer samples which I appreciate. It feels more touristy inside but the service is fast and the ice cream selection is good. They have some low carb/low fat options. I tried the low carb butter pecan which was good.
