They were really friendly. I didn't end up buying a phone but they were very friendly in answering all my questions.

I will never do business with this company. Russell cellular is the Verizon authorized retailer in Douglas, Arizona. I was informed by Verizon that I could take my Verizon home Internet equipment into the store to return it to Verizon. They refused to accept the equipment and said that I had to get a box from Verizon and take it to UPS or FedEx to return it to Verizon. Then they claimed that they ordered the box that I needed to return it, and after two weeks of waiting for the box, I contacted Verizon and found out that they never Ordered the box even though they told me that they did. So they are just a lazy company that doesn't wanna help Verizon customers. I will never do business with this company, and I will never recommend them to anyone, because they don't know the meaning of the words, Customer Service. read more
