This lovingly curated boutique is located on Main St in Old Bisbee, on the ground floor of the Letson Loft building. The boutique carries a broad range of chic, fashionable clothing, jewelry, hardships scarves and other accessories. They have an amazing selection that changes frequently. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Panterra is a "must stop" for our group every time we visit Bisbee. read more

What a beautiful ladies clothing shop with new and unique, tasteful and contemporary items in a town full of vintage shops. The staff member, who helped me, was attentive and really knew her inventory and how to put outfits together. They also carry Firefly jewelry, which I love, so I bought a bracelet to match my new blazer. I'd definitely call this a destination shop. It reminds me of my favorite dress shop in Estes Park, Colorado, called The White Orchid; it's another gem in a town full of t-shirt and taffy shops. read more

This is pretty much my favorite clothing boutique in the whole state! I was visiting Bisbee from Phoenix, and happened upon PanTerra. I also happened to be planning a longish trip to Europe and was struggling to develop a travelers wardrobe. I ended up finding so much of it here! It was such a relief to find a pretty extensive collection of affordable, stylish, wrinkle-free, super cute clothes. Plus the store owner totally understood what I needed, was very patient with me and helped me put pieces together. It was a lovely shopping experience as well a great find! I got many compliments on my outfits during my travels too. Since then I've bought several more things from them online. read more

I love this shop! It's the only place in Cochise County where I can buy well made and fashionable clothing. Everything is pack able and most is washable too. I get asked about my outfits so many times that I now Carry their business cards. I noticed a review by Cher G about poor client services. I remember getting ignored by this one woman but I can tell you that this employee is long gone. read more

This shop definitely had gorgeous jewelry and higher end clothing. But do not expect to be helped unless you look like you have money to spend. We were at the end of our trip there .. And it was one of the last places I walked in ... I was wearing a pair of jeans and a tshirt. First, the lady saw me walk in and barely glanced at me. It wasn't till I started looking at the jewelry that she even acknowledged my presence in the store. Felt like more of a hello I'm watching you. Sheesh felt like a criminal. My daughter walked out because she felt uncomfortable. I continued to look through the store .. Saw that she was helping a customer in the back room. Wanted to look at the cuter clothes in there .. But felt like if I did I would have been told that there was nothing in there for me to buy in my size. Owners - you have a great store ... Maybe not everyone has money to buy something in your store ... But at least make them feel welcome. By the way - contrary to how I may have been dressed .. I have been waiting for this wonderful boutique to appear on yelp so I can tell the world about it. I had probably THE best clothes shopping experience of my life in this fabulous store. Maralyce, the owner, spent more than an hour with me, helping me discover unique & cutting-edge fashions. She has a designer's eye for what truly flatters you and is honest (and tactful) when something doesn't. I never, at any time, felt pressured to buy - in fact, I wanted to buy much more than I did (and I bought A LOT). She made the experience more like being a kid playing dress up - totally fun and such an unexpected surprise in this small town. This boutique is the jewel of Bisbee's main street, in my opinion. (The art gallery next door is fabulous, too.) I love Panterra's interesting mix of photography, jewelry, art, purses, hats, accessories, greeting cards, etc - I actually went back the next day to see if I'd missed anything - there is so much packed in the store. I need to know that they will receive excellent customer service, reasonable prices, unique and original merchandise, some of which must be locally made. My guests also usually appreciate, hand made in the USA, which Panterra certainly offers in great abundance. I was in this store for maybe an entire 2 minutes. My family and I took a day trip down to Bisbee and were doing a lot of walking and shopping. I popped into the store with my 4-year-old son to look around. He found a stool that was sitting by the step up to the window display and decided to sit down. I was standing right next to him looking at some stacking rings. He leaned back to point into the window and was asking what something was when one of the store employees comes out of no where and starts yelling at my son to get up and get away from the window. I just grabbed his hand and said it's time to go. She continued to YELL at us about how there's nothing but glass in the window and how this is not place for kids. Believe it or not, I'm aware that windows are made out of glass. I'm also aware that there is a polite way to approach a customer (as I also work in retail sales). This was by far the most embarrassing experience I have ever had while out shopping. I will never step foot in this store again. read more

My husband even likes this delightful shop and tells all of our friends that it is my favorite clothing store. That says a lot for couple that travel A LOT and in foreign countries and from a MAN. We are a walking advertisement for Bisbee and part of that story is always, "you must go to Pan Terra" while you are there. Marlyce is truly a fashion artist. The shop is not just for 20 - 30 yr olds with tight bodies, although they will LOVE the shop. It is for every age and body style. We get in a rut with what we wear and how we see ourselves I think. Marlyce shows you how to come into the present and how to look your best in what is current and COMFORTABLE. You look and feel natural and younger and happy with yourself and your purchases when you leave. Trust me, you will go back again, and again, and again. read more
