Dr. Davis misdiagnosed a staph infection in my toe, and I therefore lost that toe and have suffered nerve pain ever since. Don't use him!

Absolutely agree about the billing. No response, over-billing, double billing.

Goodness - It's a Miracle!…read more If you listen well to his directions, you'll see great results. My right foot started hurting like hell and my walking gait had become a little wonky. l thought it was residual effect of having a screw removed years ago after a 5th metatarsal break had healed - wrong! Dr Wagstaff showed me my right foot was out of alignment, causing the wonky gait and pushing the side of my foot down into the side of the shoe, making it hurt! Dr Wagstaff showed me a simple stretch to release tension in my Achilles and a temporary set of orthotic insoles. The stretch brought the foot back into alignment, the temporary orthotic insoles kept it there. Dr Wagstaff did a mold of my feet while in his office, picked the orthotics up today. The results are wonderful! I walked out of Dr Wagstaff's office feeling like I was walking on a cloud; no pain and walking straight as a newly released arrow in flight - I call it miraculous! I can certainly recommend the services of Dr Wagstaff - pay attention to what he tells you.

Not what he infers as more than that (multiple times), and I needed a receipt showing what the $375. was for, never have gotten that. Needed to know breakdown of how much for visit, how much for orthotic he fabricated there. Plus he didn't tell me he was fabricating anything, I didn't ask for it, then got bill with no explanation of what it was for. I don't need his visa receipt, visa will provide that, but he needs to indicate what he's billing for. No other store, dr., service etc bills without indicating what it's for. No more replies here. He's not worth my time. He will undoubtedly reply because he always does. Can't help himself. He deserves all the bad reviews he's received.

He was personable, funny, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to meet him and my father was very pleased with the results of his work. Dr. Jann did a great job examining my father's feet for issues and then clipping and sanding down the toenails. Turns out Dr. Jann also makes house calls! Who does this anymore?! We will definitely be hanging on to his business card for future reference and will gladly refer other people to him.

Let me tell you she is a piece of work, being from New York and having all the attitude. I was afraid of what she would say to this doctor and in fact was told never to return to another doctor's office. I made the appointment with Dr. Jann directly squeezing her into his schedule since I told him that she had several extremely painful toes. Got to the office early, this doctor shows up at the door on the dot, he says he was at a housecall( is that still done these days?). My mom goes right into the exam room and starts going off on the doctor for not showing up early, he doesn't even get defensive. His response, that he always gives everyone their time and his attention to their concerns to be sure they leave the office in better shape than they arrived was great. He also asked her, that in all the years of going to doctors, "why has she not learned that doctors are usually late and never early for their appointments?" Anyways, he diagnosed her with extreme fungal toenails, worn out old shoes, and extremely damp feet. Then he cut down all the toenails, told us how to take care our feet daily, and told us come back in about 3 months. My very difficult to deal with mother was taken care of better than I had expected. I definitely feel this guy has the knack and is able to put even the most difficult person at ease. My mom now tells all her friends that she has the best foot doctor.

I really cant rave enough about what a great experience I have had with Dr. Kim, and will be having him do my bunions this fall. My recovery on having my ankle rebuilt from a bad fall has been pretty seamless, and I am having near 100% recovery only a couple of months post op. IM SOLD!!! If you are in the market for this type of medical care, look no further. I love this Dr, he cares and you can feel it. Which is pretty refreshing these days.

I had been to Greenbrae Dermatology in the past, seeing a wonderful female MD. It was some time…read moreago, so I cannot recall her name. I'd also been to the office 8 months ago to treat a minor skin issue with a PA and had no issues with the treatment, staff was great. Today, I paid $300 to consult about a potential laser treatment (cash, no insurance accepted for consult). The $300 would be applied to the treatment. Ok, I never had a bad experience with this office in the past, what could go wrong. The PA walks into the room and has another male with him. He stands to the side. The PA doesn't introduce him, nor does he ask for my consent to have him in our appointment. I looked at the male and he said "I'm a medical student". Again, the PA didn't give me a choice or ask for my consent to have this medical student in our appointment. This is standard practice in the medical field. Whatever. This $300 appointment lasts 6-7 minutes and I am diagnosed with Rosacea. I've been receiving dermatology treatments my entire adult life and have never been diagnosed with Rosacea, so I was understandably surprised at this new diagnosis. I asked a few follow up questions, and the PA stated, "You are allowed to disagree with me". I told him I was not disagreeing with him, but I was simply confused about this dx and had questions. He mention flushing on my cheeks. I do not have flushing on my cheeks. He recommended Ivermectin 1%, but didn't prescribe it until I later asked him to. He recommended Fraxel, which is overkill (and at least double the price) for what I was requesting (a few hyperpigmentation spots) and I told him I thought that might not be right for me, given what I know about Fraxel and again asked about laser treatment. He recommended IPL, "but that it would not resurface my skin", which I do not need, nor did I bring this up as a concern. The appointment abruptly ended and I was walked to a scheduler to book these treatments. The scheduler consulted with a price list, but couldn't tell me what areas of my face were covered for the price she was quoting me, nor how many treatments might be necessary. The scheduler left her desk to consult with the PA and then came back with her answer. I asked about the Ivermetic RX. She left her desk and again consulted with the PA, who walked over to state he would call it in. This was such an odd and uncomfortable experience that after some thought, I didn't feel comfortable returning to see this provider. I called to *cancel* the scheduled laser treatment or perhaps reschedule with a different provider. I managed to get someone on the phone, spoke to them briefly and was put on hold for about 16 minutes. I ended hanging up as, their site encouraged texting to communicate with the office, which I did and am waiting for a response. I'm not asking for a refund for the visit (although based on my experience, I don't think it would be unreasonable), but for a $300 credit to use for products they sell in their office. I think that's fair. Or bill my insurance for the visit, since the only thing I was walked away from that visit was an inexplicable dx of Rosacea (???) If Greenbrae Dermatology is reading this review, please call me or respond to my text. EDIT: I received a response and Greenbrae Dermatology will refund the $300 consultation fee.
