Goodness - It's a Miracle!…read more If you listen well to his directions, you'll see great results. My right foot started hurting like hell and my walking gait had become a little wonky. l thought it was residual effect of having a screw removed years ago after a 5th metatarsal break had healed - wrong! Dr Wagstaff showed me my right foot was out of alignment, causing the wonky gait and pushing the side of my foot down into the side of the shoe, making it hurt! Dr Wagstaff showed me a simple stretch to release tension in my Achilles and a temporary set of orthotic insoles. The stretch brought the foot back into alignment, the temporary orthotic insoles kept it there. Dr Wagstaff did a mold of my feet while in his office, picked the orthotics up today. The results are wonderful! I walked out of Dr Wagstaff's office feeling like I was walking on a cloud; no pain and walking straight as a newly released arrow in flight - I call it miraculous! I can certainly recommend the services of Dr Wagstaff - pay attention to what he tells you.

I called once, no return call, to request receipt for services performed. Called back 3 days later,…read moreas he did not return my call. Not what he infers as more than that (multiple times), and I needed a receipt showing what the $375. was for, never have gotten that. Needed to know breakdown of how much for visit, how much for orthotic he fabricated there. Plus he didn't tell me he was fabricating anything, I didn't ask for it, then got bill with no explanation of what it was for. I don't need his visa receipt, visa will provide that, but he needs to indicate what he's billing for. No other store, dr., service etc bills without indicating what it's for. No more replies here. He's not worth my time. He will undoubtedly reply because he always does. Can't help himself. He deserves all the bad reviews he's received.

While Dr. Dietz is friendly and attentive, he misdiagnosed a problem I had. Six months later when I…read morereturned to see him, he did not have records of that earlier office visit. Nonetheless, he gave a new (different) diagnosis and prescribed the only treatment that "would be 100% effective" in curing the problem. The drawback was that it was a very expensive medication and maybe not covered by insurance. Also one needed to use it every day for a year! Though more of a cosmetic problem, I was pleased to learn that my insurance would cover part of medication's cost (leaving me with a sizable deductible). Still, if it was the only remedy, I resolved to use it faithfully. Imagine my surprise to read the brochure that promised 17-20% effectiveness! Going to the pharmaceutical's website, the company's studies showed the same low rate. I don't think Dr. Dietz is even aware that this medication is hardly the "100% effective cure" he claimed. Now I'm going to a different podiatrist. The first thing he did was a lab test to be sure of the correct diagnosis. From this doctor, I've learned that this is a hard condition to cure and there's no simple solution. He presented me with five different options, all of them costly and perhaps also not guaranteed to work. Nonetheless, I felt much more informed and able to make a choice that I hope works for me.

Excellent care. Took me in as soon as I finished filling out…read morethe info forms. Probably spent 45 minutes with me examining and explaining what was going on. I thought I had toenail fungus but he said it was just a fracture of the toenail, which was very good to learn. Painlessly fixed a callus and corn, fixed a few other issues on my feet and I was good to go.
