A PLACE THAT SHOULD NOT EXIST…read more This body shop didn't just ruin my vehicle -- they destroyed my trust in what should have been a professional and ethical service. I brought in my truck with all the exact information: the year, model, and the serial number of the front-end part that needed replacement -- straight from the official Toyota dealer. And what did they do? They knowingly installed a part from an older model, totally incompatible with mine. When I confronted them, they had the audacity to say: "That part doesn't exist." Really? Then what did I give you on day one -- a made-up number? They clearly ordered the wrong part and didn't want to cover the cost of correcting it. So they went ahead and installed it anyway, hoping I wouldn't notice. As if I didn't know my own vehicle. As if I were just another clueless customer. And it gets worse. When I picked up the truck, I noticed a visible paint scuff on the new front part. I pointed it out to the person in charge, and what did she do? She grabbed some paint and tried to cover the scratch WITH HER FINGER. At that moment I thought: Is this real life? Is this what they call a professional finish? A finger-paint fix? The vehicle was delivered LATE, POORLY ASSEMBLED, with sloppy paintwork, misaligned parts, and zero attention to quality. When I demanded explanations, all I got was: "We did the best we could." "That part doesn't exist, this was the best possible solution." Lie after lie. Excuse after excuse. Total disrespect. This place doesn't do bad work by accident -- they're used to cutting corners, lying, and taking advantage of trusting customers. They wasted my time, my money, and my patience. But the worst part? They made me feel like a fool for trusting them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Cheap becomes VERY expensive when you're dealing with people who have no ethics, no pride in their work, and no respect for their clients. This place doesn't even deserve one star.
