They came today (10/24/26), arrived at 10am as they said they would, and made quick work of everything in 3 hours. I drew lines on the trees to show them exactly where I wanted the trees cut, and I also asked them to cut the stumps straight across "as if it was a table at a child's teaparty." Was super impressed with Ted's knowledge of how best to fell the tree, using ropes and such, and I would give them a 10/10 for every aspect of the job! Including the clean-up! I've never had someone work on my yard and leave it in such beautiful condition! They raked everything up so well, it looks like they took a vacuum to it! Through circumstances of my own making, the balance of my contract was not paid on their schedule. A $50 late charge later, the account was paid in full. Given the option of crediting my late fee and renewing the annual service contract, or keeping my late fee and going our separate ways, Environmental Tree Care chose the latter. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I suppose that makes sense to them but doesn't work for me.
