Called and hired Zoom drain the week of 4th of July weekend. It was an emergency call and a holiday…read moreweekend....got it. Our well pump and bladder went out and had to be replaced...fine. It was a large job and alot of trench work in wich we paid well over 5 figures! They sent ONE GUY TO BACKFILL EVERYTHING BY HAND! My husband and son had to finish the back fill over 3 days. We also asked that a well pump house be built to accommodate the new larger air tank. It was to resemble our home and they agreed. We were in coordinating things with Nathan at first. He made alot of promises but didnt deliver. He said the well house shed was at the shop on August 4th and it would be to us by the end of the week or he would bring it himself Saturday morning. Didnt happen. In speaking with another manager (Tracy on August 12th) notified us they just started working on it! There were various "no-show" days that we had taken off work expecting them to show up and didnt. Then on August 26th they arrived with a structure best described as an unfinished "outhouse" and was supposed to come back the next day to make adjustments and finish it. There were 3 more "no show" days. We have been asking to speak with Andrew "the owner" for weeks but noone would assist us in speaking with him. September 9th we ended up speaking with with Ashton, Andrew's wife in reference to having a contractor come out to fix the well pumped shed. We were offered/accepted $400 in compensation plus the delivery of the shingles for the original design to have someone else build the well pump house. This was not resolved until September 30th. The lack of integrity and professionalism from Zoom Drain was ridiculous.
