Our trailer hitch on our RV broke while traveling. I called these guys and they told me they could…read morehandle the repair. When he arrived he informed me that he could not fix it there we would have to go back to his shop. We followed him to his shop. He made the repair and added metal so it would not break again or that's what I was told. He did add one piece of tubbing. His rate was $150.00 dollars an hour. He charged me for the service call. And for the drive out and back to his shop. He had one guy weld on it for about 45 minutes. I was figuring. $600.00 labor and $100.00 for the tubbing. I can buy a 20' stick for $100.00. When gave me the bill it was $1,600.00. When I told him I would have to use my credit card it went to over $1,800.00. When you travel you get used to getting gouged from time to time. However we got home and started to leave for another trip. Less the 300 miles later and the hitch fell off. The welds were full of verocity and not even burnt in. Complete disaster and could have killed people. Would not use this guy.

This guy sold me recapped tires as new tires. I repeatedly ask if the tires were new and he…read morereassured that they were. I made it 32 miles before my 1st blowout. That's right my 1st blowout. His repairman came out and once again reassured me that the tires were new, 132 miles later I had my 2nd blowout. I made it to a reputable tire shop who informed me that all 6 tires were recaps. He has since ghosted me. I did get hold of him today, I use *67 to block my number so that he'd answer. He tried to tell me that he told me that the tires were "New recaps". This guy's is a liar and a thief. He'll put you and your family's life in danger to make a buck. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

I arrived on Wednesday at noon, being told that they would look at my truck between 4 and 7 PM…read more After waiting until five o'clock p m, I was told that they would look at it at 3 AM because they didn't have anyone available until then who could replace a clutch. I got a room and awaited until the next morning, expecting them to contact me, as the replacement would take approximately 3 to 4 hours, per the service member at the counter. I called the service department at 7:47 in the morning on Thursday. I was them told that the job was assessed and the parts were being pulled. I checked out of my room (directly across the street from KW) at 11 AM. It had been almost 3 hours since I spoke to the service department. I was told that the parts had STILL NOT been pulled. Frustrated, I made my way upstairs to the driver's room, overlooking the work area. After being assured several times throughout the day that the job was being completed, I went into the service department at 4 PM to find out what was going on. I was nonchalantly told that her tech had GONE HOME FOR THE DAY, WITHOUT EVEN PULLING THE PARTS!! At this point, I was very upset. The young lady from the service department assures me that she will have someone on the repair at 3AM. I now have to reschedule 6 clients after spending four hours scheduling them with the promise of the repairs being completed. I then have spent all day at the KW, and now I have to get a room AGAIN. The following morning, I call again at 750 AM. I speak to Ryan, who tells me the job is in process and will be completed this afternoon. (If it's a 3 - or 4-hour job, that was supposed to be started at 3am, how is that and afternoon finish??) I them all to speak south Bryant (Service Manager). He tells me that he'll find out what the communication issue is and get the repair done by early afternoon. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE COMMUNICATION.
