    Received a wooden file cabinet. (Open box as noted). It had a small ding. (Not a big deal). But it was missing a file drawer rail. I've contacted the company and have received no reply. It was half the price of the same cabinet at Home Depot. I'll make it work. In summary, the product is as advertised, at a great price, fast delivery but customer service isn't great.

    Ordered "Like New", Received this

    BUYER BEWARE - Item not received in stated condition Item not tested and arrived DOA Warranty period enforced for profit Purchased a "like new" condition ceiling fan from their online store. The fan I received was in exceedingly poor, used condition. (See pictures). To their credit once I brought this to their attention and provided pictures, I received a price adjustment. When I installed the ceiling fan it would not operate at all. I worked with the fan manufacturer Monte Carlo to troubleshoot, tried an alternative controller unit they sent out, but after some weeks and several calls, the fan manufacturer concluded it was a Dead On Arrival defective unit. I brought this to Rush market's attention and was told there was nothing they could do for me as I was out of their 30 day warranty period. Their exact quote via email, "we must respectfully stand behind the policy we have in place to ensure we are honoring the same policy for all of our customers as outlined on our website at the time of purchase." In other words it's their policy to uniformly screw over all customers after 30 days. On their website they claim that all units are tested. Either this is not true or they are deliberately shipping known defective units. Bottom Line, I am out my full purchase price and the proud owner of a DOA fan.

    Broken merch right out of box

    Beware. There are no returns. The box I received had an RMA number on it which leads me to suspect that it might have been broken before they sent it to me either knowingly or unknowingly. I have sent them a note of complaint, we will see what results.

    Save your money. They sell junk listed as "Open Box" and they do not issue refunds. All sales are final. I learned my lesson. Avoid these people!!

    This is a cool concept- sample sale type furniture at pop-up events throughout the year. Each of the pop-ups have various different themes (like currently it's the end of July and the theme is back to school). Right now they are inside the old bag and save at miracle hills, and I think they plan to call this home for a good while. Items here seem more discounted than NFM, or online retailers like Wayfair or Joss and Main. In fact, the first time I went into the Rush Market, I found the exact same rug as I had recently purchased at wayfair, for -$90 off the price I paid. It's a fun place to browse and they have an ever shifting inventory and a lot of one-of-ones. Large furniture like couches and bed frames and smaller items like lamps, curtains, and wall decorations.

    Cute store. Picked up a coffee table that I saw oN their Facebook. Only 199$ I saw cheaper coffee tables on amazon but pressed cheap woodd with bad reviews.

    I normally don't go full-blown Karen... but I feel like this case is completely justified. I recently purchased a dining room table set for around $850 at The Rush Market - Omaha. We purchased a new home and were eager to furnish it with all the great deals at The Rush Market. Fast forward a little over a month... a summer day with a cold cup of water on the table. 30 minutes go by and I lift the glass up and the condensation from the glass left some water on the table. The very small amount of water caused the table to swell and bubble in that short amount of time. I called Friday (8/14) and spoke with a very sweet employee who said we could return it with no issues and that no table should do that. Today, my boyfriend loads the table up to return and we were informed they will not take it because it's damaged (like we took an ax to it instead of it being damaged by a tiny amount of WATER), even though it's within the return time window. I spoke with Brandy (who said she was the owner of the store), and she had zero compassion and pretty much told me tough luck. Brandy must own a dining room table used for decoration purposes only. ‍ The Rush Market will not back up their own products. Their return information is NOT printed on your receipt, on their website, or any social media for a reason. All of their negative reviews mention horrible customer service and horrible quality products. This company is just after a quick buck at the expense of their customers. You literally can not even eat or drink on a DINING room table. ANY other furniture store (or even just Walmart) would happily exchange out a low quality product that did not even do its job. DON'T SHOP HERE unless you want horrible, low quality furniture, and even lower quality customer service.

    Scary shipping, but arrived complete surprisingly

    I was very skeptical at first with all the bad reviews so I made sure to use PayPal in case there was any issues and I needed a refund. my ottoman arrived barely taped. instead of taping the seams of box closed, it had one strip of tape across middle. serval large holes in box had me worried parts would be missing. however my table was complete. You can tell it had been opened by another customer but that's why this piece is discounted as an "open box". Why the 5 stars? My item arrived with no damaged and complete.

    Went to Miricle Hills outdoor furniture store. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED not going back or going to waste time going to other location.

To be honest, I was very nervous about paying all costs upfront especially with such a long lead time, 6-7 months before estimated arrival into Australia but Amethyst Home assured me everything would be ok and they'd be available any time I needed to reach out, and they were. They kept in constant communication with me with prompt replies and updates. When the shipment arrived Australia they assisted in expediting import clearance and stayed in touch until I received delivery. I was also a bit anxious about the banquettes condition with it being shipped in a container and undergoing a long journey but it was packed so well and secure, there was no chance of it getting soiled or damaged during transit. I want to thank the team at Amethyst Home for their ongoing support, great communication and ultimately making this happen for me. There is nothing like this item in Australia and it was delivered to me within the advised lead time and in pristine condition. Thank you. Wonderful, trustworthy and professional.

    Beware Lincolnites! In a nutshell: CarpetLand had unacceptable customer service (post-installation)…read moreand very low quality control with wood floor installation. The owner is rude and will not work with you if you have problems with installation. We had an installer who did not use good judgement in installing our wood floor. More than a dozen planks he glued down (we do not have a subfloor) were visibly damaged and defective. I think 99% of people would discard these particular planks -- or at the very least, set them aside for a closet or other less visible area. The guy's response to our concerns: "That's just how it is." It is not like we ran the risk of not having enough wood... he either didn't pay attention to amount of wood available or simply didn't care about quality. We ended up with an entirely unopened box of leftover wood that clearly could have been used, but instead, the installer decided to permanently install damaged wood. After a long delay, 2 guys came back out to "fix" some of the problems. The putty just makes it look dirty and gross texture that will inevitably attract dirt and dog hair. Sigh... why!?? It is so disappointing to have saved up, waited for so long to have our "forever floor" put in -- and now have it be messed up. It was expensive -- and a lot of this turmoil could have been avoided with more common sense. To top it off, the owner was not responsive to phone calls --- and was super rude to my husband when he was finally was able to get a hold of him. I do NOT recommend CarpetLand. The poor quality control and disrespectful treatment is NOT worth the slightly lower bid they gave us we had compared to other local vendors.

Thoughtful, careful bringing out furniture in enthusiastic and engaging. They did not leave until we reviewed all the furniture and cushions and ensured the couches were set where we wanted them. I did enter with caution and, at first, was not noticed by the staff. However, Allison, one of the interior designers inside the store approached me and was patient enough to give me options about the pieces of furniture I wanted. She showed me a wide selection and then started narrowing down the choices to what I liked the most. She was very friendly and willing to give advice whenever possible. The overall setting of the store is divided in small sample rooms that capture different styles. The prices are a bit over the average furniture store, but you pay, not only for the item quality, but for the service of a good design and decoration advice. They even offer a free consultation to take a look at your place and suggest what would fit best for your home. Great choice if you want a good, high-end furniture store! Pleasantly surprised for sure!
