The bowls are watery. Took over an hour to get 4 bowls and the bowls we got weren't even the right bowls.

BLACK-OWNED BUSINESS ALERT!!!…read more I would pass this place on my way to and from wherever I was going and was always curious. A few weeks ago, I saw them highlighted in a Facebook group as a Black-Owned business and just had to give them a try. I stopped by on Monday, but they weren't open. Then I came back Tuesday. I walked up, and the sweetest young men were working. Intrigued by the menu, I asked for a taste of the sour papaya, and instantly, my tastebuds were dancing. I asked the young men for a suggestion of what flavor to mix with it, and they were adamant that the mango would be the perfect compliment. Impressed by their product knowledge, I took their suggestion. If I'm honest, it didn't take much convincing because I am a mango fanatic, so it was a win-win! $5 + tip later, I was ready to go. After snapping a picture or two for my Yelpers, I dug right in! The burst of flavors was out of this world. I ate all of it, without hesitation, and knew instantly--I was hooked. I went twice more last week and tried the rainbow and coconut and pineapple. All were delicious, and I'm excited to try all of their flavors soon. If I had to rank them (and it's tight), my palate would say mango and sour papaya, rainbow, and then coconut and pineapple. The coconut and pineapple are delicious but rich. I'm honestly a wimp when it comes to sweets. But I will say that the creaminess of the coconut was terrific. It felt like drinking coconut milk from a coconut in the islands. My Tips: Follow them on social media to see all of the flavor offerings for the day--there are more than what is on the sandwich board; bring cash or have your cash app cued up (prices are $3 for a small, $5 for a medium and $7 for a large); ask the young gentlemen for suggestions, they know their stuff; lastly ENJOY OFTEN, you won't be sorry.

Immediately greeted when I entered, and offered an Italian ice recommendation (mango and cherry)…read morealong with a sample. I don't like cherry, so I didn't go with that one, but I did go mango and sour papaya (First to review recommendation). The mango was amazing - creamy texture and sweet (highly recommend). The sour papaya was a good compliment in flavor but it was a completely different texture - much more icy/crunchy.

Very, very slow service, especially for lunch, but our server was friendly. Our table of 5 was one…read moreof only two tables occupied when we arrived at 11am for lunch service. We ordered from the limited drink menu and four of our drinks took around 20 minutes and the 5th another 10 minutes. My requested glass of water arrived sometime after that (was ordered with other drinks). Food arrived for 2 people after about 40 minutes, and the other 3 about 10 minutes later. Aren't all guests' meals generally served at the same time? Drinks were very beautiful, but mine was served in a tall champagne flute-type glass and was poorly mixed. All the alcohol was in the bottom. Food was small-ish portions and only okay although the presentation was very nice. My "Lunch in Nice" crepe was under-filled and more like a quesadilla than a crepe. The menu stated, "Chèvre cheese, spinach, honey, shaved almonds" but the only thing inside the crepe was cheese. The raw spinach was on top and the honey and shaved almonds were drizzled on the plate. It was over-cooked and a bit crispy. To top it off, I was over-charged by $1.50 for the crepe (just realized that looking back at the menu). I enjoyed the lunch company very much, but can't recommend the restaurant.

Try the "smoke on the water" with smoked salmon. There are also açaí bowls for the adventurous- several with raw tuna, plus rice, pineapple, kimchi. A symphony of flavors! The drinks are good and the server is knowledgeable and can help you pick out a lunch, brunch or dinner that will be to your liking.

I was quite surprised to find a boba tea shop in Wilson, NC. Love it when small towns diversify…read moretheir cuisine culture. The shop is super cute and intimate. Outside they offered two covered patio tables facing a small garden and a fun mural on the adjacent building. Their menu is limited compared to bigger boba companies in larger cities. I usually get the oolong milk tea or similar but they only had fruit options and at least the familiar favorites: taro milk tea and Thai tea. They also serve fruit popsicles and açaí bowls. Order: taro milk tea 50% less sweet, strawberry popsicle. Normally, if you want boba, you have to order it and there's an up-charge for toppings. So I was surprised that they included boba without ordering it. The staff was nice enough to redo my order without boba. Even with 50% less sweet, the tea was a little too sweet for me. If I'm ever in town again, I'll be sure to do 75% less sweet. Their popsicle looks homemade (I didn't ask) because it had real strawberries in it. My kids enjoyed it.
