For the price they charge you would think their food would be better. Their salads are a JOKE! The lettuce is literally shredded sandwich lettuces that is iceberg, not Romaine like advertised. The tomatoes are poor quality too, very mushy and no "meat" to them.... Just cut edges. It's supposed to have spinach in it and I got maybe two tiny pieces that were already turning "yucky". Do better... too expensive for what it is. Go to Cava! The smoothies are okay, but sometimes they are so watered down they aren't enjoyable. read more

The açaí they serve is not fresh, served frozen. I have never been served a frozen acai bowl before and the service was horrible. Cashier didn't even know who the manager on duty was. read more

So I attempted to order on the app for this location but it said "temporarily unavailable" so I decided to call and maker sure they were open. Most people call and hang up once the business answers, but no once they answered I said "I was just calling to make sure you guys were open because the app says temporarily unavailable" and they just hang up. Pull up and they are only take cash. So I told them "I just called up here and y'all couldn't say that over the phone" and all come lady had to talk about was the app and when I walked out all she said was "sorry about that". So I did leave and go get cash because I really wanted a smoothie but their customer service is trash and I will try to avoid this location moving forward. read more

Clean, spacious and well-decorated space. Smoothies are reasonably good with a variety of choices. But think it can experiment a bit with some new flavor combinations. I had the ultimate club sandwich and definitely not disappointed. Good place for a quick healthy snack. read more

I ordered a Thai wrap and 2 sides of the Kale salad. The wrap was great BUT the portion I was served on the Kale salad sucked. I paid. $11.00 and I was given exactly 1/2 half of the Kale salad I should have been given. 2 teaspoons of kale. The serving bowls were 1/2 full. You gave me a 3 yr old serving. THE CRAP ISNT GOLD DAMMIT. FILL THE SERVING CONTAINER TO THE FILL LIMIT. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. read more

It was decent when it opened. The crew working nowadays is terrible. I usually order on the app and it tells me it should be ready at xx:xx hrs. I do this before I leave the house and then drive 15 minutes and arrive after the time shown on the app. I walk in and they just look at me, "what you order?" So then I get to stand there and watch them make my smoothie and hand it to me and walk away which usually results in them asking, "are you waiting on something else?" YES! The rest of my order! They usually forget straws and whatever side you order too. So be prepared to get it yourself. I quit going in uniform, thinking that was why the service was poor. Absolutely horrible service. This is the 4th time in the last few weeks we have dropped by to have a smoothie and lunch. I was asked to wait prior to ordering and that lasted 8 minutes. Mind you I was the only one in the drive thru line. At the window I sat another 10 mins before she even opened the window. When the lady manager finally acknowledged I was waiting, she then said sorry what did you order. I gave her my 2 smoothie order yet again. I literally waited another 12mins before my smoothies made it to me. This has got to be one of the worst places in Winterville for customer service. This place was awesome when it first opened...but the last several months has gone to utter horror. Get it together!!!! read more

I waited 20 mins in the drive thru. I stopped in to get a smoothie on my break and ended up being late. When I got to the window they had the wrong smoothie made and I had to wait longer. I ended up being late getting back to class. They were not busy inside and only one person was ahead of me in the drive thru. I guess this is just hit or miss depending on the staff. read more

I have been a big Tropical Smoothie advocate since moving to Greenville 5 years ago until recently, on June 29th I purchased through their app for the first time after an employee recommended it. HORRIBLE IDEA!! Beware of ordering through their app. I purchased mine and my fiancé's typical meal and it duplicated my order and charged me TWICE! $42 total. I spoke with an employee who was completely understanding and helpful up until a point. She said they can not refund anything without the owner. So after taking my information she promised to get it taken care of. I sent in proof via her texting me that it charged me not once but twice and was assured it would be refunded. Two weeks later, nothing. 4 phone calls, 3 to the store and once to the customer service line and NOW another 2 weeks later NOTHING has been fixed. Never heard from the owner even though my information was taken down SEVERAL times. Horrible customer service and they STOLE from me. Never will I ever recommend going to this location or possibly even establishment again. Just greedy. Shouldn't your customer come first? read more
