This place had really yummy açaí bowls, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back here because it's just so dang expensive. My açaí bowl had a base charge of $10, and I added some extra toppings, but then there was a $3 up charge for the bowl size. That feels kind of uncalled for in my opinion. I ended up spending $17 with tip included. Unfortunately this feels like too much money for an açaí bowl. read more

Stopped in here on way to meet up with someone, store was very clean and very bright. Rather long wait for one açaí bowl. The employee kept stopping while making our bowl to talk to other employees. Restroom was clean. Biggest drawback - the menu is quite large and it's pretty hard to decide what you want. We'd never been in this store and there were almost too many choices, a bit overwhelming. The açaí bowl was good, a bit pricey. We'd stop in again if we're in town, might try a different menu item. read more

Came here when they opened on a Saturday morning to get a headstart on the day. This Arlington Blvd. and Dickinson Ave. location is relatively​ new and brings something new to the area as they have earlier hours then Tropical Smoothie and their ingredients are of better quality. I have been to their other location on Charles Blvd and Greenville Blvd. and think I they make delicious smoothies and juices but I try to partake sparingly as they are a bit pricey. This particular morning I was having a smoothie hankering, so it was worth the price to have it done right. I was warmly welcomed by the cashier when I came in and offered a paper menu. I opted to look at the board instead and ultimately settled on the Kale Yeah! (Unsweetened Coconut milk, Local Kale, Pineapple, Banana, Lime, Agave, & Topped with Hemp Seeds) which boasts mostly organic ingredients. While I waited, I browsed their cold case and other products. The cashier took the time to offer her help and input as I browsed. The smoothie maker was a bit slow. I'm assuming it was just because I was the first customer of the morning and she was still trying to find her groove. As someone who is not a morning person either, I didn't take it personally. I took my smoothie to-go so I get some work done. It was well-executed (I guess you can't rush perfection ‍). It was the right balance between creamy and fresh. The pineapple and banana gave it just enough sweetness and the hemp seeds (sprinkled atop) gave great texture. I worked for about 2-3 hours and the smoothie lasted be throughout that time and left me full until lunch. It was a great experience and I'll be sure to return soon. One huge plus about this location is the call-ahead drive-thru window which makes for a wonderful convenience if you're in a rush but still desire​ a healthy option. I also love that FreshVibes has plenty​ of plant-based food options (made-to-order and quick pickups​), that they grow some of their own produce and that they are a CBD oil retailer. They really practice what they preach when it comes to a healthy lifestyle which makes it easier to patronize them. Poor service and the staff sucks. If I could rate a 0 I would. Each time I go in they are gossiping and smack talking the other employees along with the manager. It doesn't seem like a "friendly" atmosphere as portrayed on their instagram. The owner is never there nor have I seen her prioritize her employees or their needs. For someone who owns a business, they never work there or support it. l've had several bad experiences at fresh vibes from the food having mold on it, bad fruit, and melted açaí. Do not eat here. They only care about money and not about the wellbeing of the customers or employees. l've had close friends who have worked there that always complain of the negative environment and the lack of cleanliness. Several people felt as though they were singled out and ridiculed by the owner for no treason. I've seen roaches and mice in the store on multiple occasions. It's repulsing. Why would anyone want to eat there with all of the built up decaying food and leftover smoothies covering the bar and even the glass windows. They should be closed by the health department if anything. This place is ridiculous I've seen several manager who were very rude and snarky and even had her kids running around the shop. read more

Fresh Vibes is a new eatery in the Greenville, NC. It is very vibrate and the customer service is outstanding. The menu is appealing and any staff member is willing to assist with understanding the various options. During my visit, I ordered the fruit bowl, which I was able to choose any three fruits (winning). The fruit bowl was prepared within a timely manner and I was even offered a lid (if I did not want to dine in). If you are in the Greenville, NC area and I want something fresh to eat, I highly recommend this place. read more

Let me start by saying there are certain menu items they have that I absolutely love. One my fav smoothies is their PB crunch. The problem is how INCREDIBLY INCONSISTENT they're made. It's a 50/50 chance it will be perfect or gross. I also get the larger size, so I'm out $10 which is very pricey for a smoothie. I just don't understand why consistency seems to be a problem here. There is a wide selection of smoothie and juice flavors. They also sell energy balls which is my favorite. You can also request to swap fruits for another especially in my case where I can't have pineapple. They also have a rewards program. read more

Smoothies and cleanses are awesome! They have great menu items to make healthier choices on the go. Very tasty and fresh - 5 stars for sure. I am only giving 4 stars because the customer interaction is lacking. The ladies making the smoothies were super sweet, said hello and good bye but the young lady who took my order was not very kind or engaging. I visited for the first time recently. I called in my order and it was ready pretty quickly. The person who took my order and checked me out was very friendly. I opted for the Kale Yeah! and swapped the pineapple for strawberries. A 24oz. was $8.93 (w/tax) and was quickly gone. It was flavorful but unfulfilling. If I return, I'll definitely add a protein. I really like this place,.. they are always one of my stops when traveling through Greenville. However, I have noticed a decline in cleanliness the last several times there (within a 5 month period). Everything needs a good cleaning. From shelves, to floors, the blenders (there was caked on greens outside on the top part of the lid before they started blending the drink- asked if they could use a clean one and start fresh because whatever that mixture was fell into the blender that had my sons smoothie contents), countertops, under the fridge there's a massive dirt carpet.. I could go on. I gently mentioned it when I was there a couple months ago, but its gotten worst with these last 3 visits. Not sure what it is because they always have plenty of help and the manager is back full-time from having her baby several months ago so.. I don't understand. I'm hoping she gets her business to look presentable again. Maybe leaving a review helps get her attention? I will update when I visit again. Besides everything mentioned above, smoothies are great and so is the grilled cheese. We usually get the loaded grilled cheese and add a pickle to it. It's yummy! The Mango Madness is really good! We've also tried to Express Yo'Self, Hardcore Hebivore, Tropical Twist, Banana Berry and their parfaits are pretty good too. It's definitely a plus to have this on the west side of town. I like the organic choices. My disappointment is that smoothies are mostly carb. You can add protein but not much for healthy fat except the nut butters. Vegan grilled cheese is great as are salads. read more
