For the roof, Jason came out to see us within about a day of our calling, got back to us within 2 days with a quote, and we got onto their roofing schedule within 2 weeks of accepting their proposal. Tyler the owner is very hands on and was brought in when the roofers discovered that one of our exterior walls was total mush from mold and had to be replaced. Tyler gave us a quote on the spot for the needed repair, which we thought was very fair. All handled very professionally, and even with that hiccup the roofers were able to stay on schedule.
