I had interviewed two other installers but the ease of communication, high quality product and timeline of install offered by Green Wired sealed the deal. Then I had to regroup due to money matters and postponed for a year - they were very patient and understanding. A month ago Green Wired informed me I'd have to pay another building permit fee($460) if I postponed past December 9th. I was able to get my money figured out and they were able to fit me into their schedule. The infrastructure for the panels took a full day for installation and then the team came back to install the panels, microinverters and Combiner. The quiet, efficient and thorough job the team did allowed me to have a stress free day. I tipped each member of the team, as I realized it was them that make good on the promises of the company. I cannot recommend Green Wired enough if anyone is interested in installing solar on their home. Everything they said they'd do they did; professionally , quickly and well. Caleb did give us accurate information though when I shut off power to our 29 year old operating hot tub it seems I had a-lot of extra electricity not being utilized each month. That of course falls on me. We are happy we chose Greenwired. The new more efficient hot tub is on all the time and I still have extra electricity not utilized. We love knowing it is putting out what Caleb said it would (and more since i asked for 2 more panels.) My wife wanted to have a solar installation no matter what. Anything for the environment, right? Me, Mr. Wants to Get His Financial Return asap, is glad to know if we switch from current hybrid plug auto to an all electric...we have the extra output from our solar installation from Greenwired. Also, maybe we will switch from gas to air to air heat pump for warming our home (and cooling in the winter.) From presentation/estimate to installation to actually experiencing the returns for many months now, we are happy. We have yet to purchase a battery but no question Greenwired is now our go to experts!

He followed through with a timely quote and great communication. Joey was happy to do the part of the job I liked least - insulation, hanging drywall, and the first coat of joint compound. I'm happy to finish mudding, priming, and painting -- That's the fun part to me. He pickup supplies, started the job at 9:30am, and was done by 3:30pm.

I really want to support local but instead went to redwood appliances they decided and took away my old washer for $150 plus they are so much cheaper. I've been a customer for 60 years.
