The old wall had been in the process of failing for years and the latest earthquake pushed it to the point that we needed to fix it. So, we contacted several contractors and talked to them and received their bids. Jon was much better than all the other contractors in explaining to us just what the job would entail and how long it would take. His bid was easy to understand and was quite competitive compared to the other contractors. Things went as planned for the most part but like most large projects, we needed to change a few things from the original plan. It was easy to communicate with Jon and his crew to work through changes and unanticipated conditions. They did an excellent job. The new wall looks great and is a huge improvement from the old wall.
