They have bathrooms and coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate machines, offer some hot deli foods, but their cheap gas prices are what makes them a favorite of mine. When I left with my inspection sticker my steering wheel was crooked from tires & a control arm that they said that I needed in order to get my sticker, which was complete BS. I trusted them, when I drove off in my vehicle my steering wheel was off center as I drove straight down the road. When I went back Jim told me that they don't preform alignments. Well Jim, why on earth would you provide services on a vehicle and you are only able to complete 2 out of the 4 tasks that need to be completed in order for the car to be safe to drive on the road. When I went back to talk to Jim all he said was that another dealership would have charged me twice for the work that they completed. I got a message for you Jim, even if it was 4 times more at least I would I have gotten back in a vehicle that I felt safe driving IN...
