I've been there several times and I rarely see more than one employee. The owner stays mostly in her office and rarely engages with customers and on the one time I was able to speak to her she seemed annoyed that I had bothered her. I understand supply and demand so that wasn't what was so upsetting. The reason I'll not go back is the service. We walked in and only one woman was there and she did say hello when we first walked in. We walked around obviously looking for something particular and she never said another word to us. I even went to look for her to ask her questions but couldn't find her. Years prior I had gone to GBN in Hinton and purchased several trees and the gentleman was so helpful so I really thought I would be able to find what I wanted yesterday. We ultimately ended up going to Daniels to a nursery that was half the size but had probably four times the selection. We were greeted with very friendly and helpful staff and we left there with the exact trees we were looking for. What can I say? Customer service is basically everything. This review isn't intended to be malicious, it's intended to encourage them to be better. With that being said, for now I'll go back to the nursery in Daniels.

We spoke with Michael, the owner, concerning estimates for some landscaping around our home and…read moremowing for the season. We were given estimates and liked the ideas we agreed to do one bed due to financial totals of the estimates (@ 10g) located in the front of our yard and were given a date of July 13th. It came and went. We incurred and were told it meant that week, not that date and had been rescheduled July 20th. Were then told rescheduled for the July 27th. Was sent estimate for final approval the day before (Sunday) and we messaged back that it was not correct and was told they look into it the next morning in a message. Heard nothing the 27th or 28th, called back at a litltle after 4pm on the 28th to cancel everything (landscape job + Mowing) from that point and asked for our deposit ($1700+). Was told by John that the products were already on hand and that was what the deposit was for and it basically wasn't possible, NO (without using those exact words). IT'S GRASS SEED, MULCH, AND COVER for the seed. YOU ARE A LANDSCAPE COMPANY. We had no problems with the mowers, but understandable communication sucks and John is arrogant and talks down. They use a computer system and a text also to communicate, when they do, and therefore, the computer system gets flagged as spam on your phone. We had @20 messages flagged and ddin't know they had been sent, except for them saying they had and us saying we didn't get them. NO WORK OF ANY KIND other than the yard mowing has been performed (satisfactorily). REFUND PLEASE or you are going to spend it in attorney fees, even if you prevail in small claims court.
