I called them today to move a valve over so a range could be hooked up and moved back to the wall. A couple of yahoos came today and hooked the gas line up to the range. They were supposed to move the valve over so the range would fit. Five minutes and $200 later they were finished and out the door. The range was connected but the valve had not been moved. My range was 4-5" from the wall. I had to find someone else to come and do the job correctly. I spent about $3800.00 with this company from start to finish and it will be the last dollar they get from me.

Their prices are very fair and they went that extra mile to help me. Check their company out first before you consider anyone else. I made the mistake of trying another company and had to remove it, could not turn it on without risking getting burned when I turned on the pilot light, which was very difficult, almost impossible. I now have a remote control.

We walked in and only one woman was there and she did say hello when we first walked in. We walked around obviously looking for something particular and she never said another word to us. I even went to look for her to ask her questions but couldn't find her. Years prior I had gone to GBN in Hinton and purchased several trees and the gentleman was so helpful so I really thought I would be able to find what I wanted yesterday. We ultimately ended up going to Daniels to a nursery that was half the size but had probably four times the selection. We were greeted with very friendly and helpful staff and we left there with the exact trees we were looking for. What can I say? Customer service is basically everything. This review isn't intended to be malicious, it's intended to encourage them to be better. With that being said, for now I'll go back to the nursery in Daniels.

The frame has a life time warranty. I have called Ashley customer support, the Ashley store, and Ashley corporate. They all tell me the same that since they can't order a part, there is nothing they can do. The frame is what is broken. This was do to a poor weld job. I don't understand why a company with a reputation, for building top dollar products, would not stand behind their products. I paid over $800 for this chair, instead of buying a cheaper chair of your company name. This is how companies like yours end up going under. Look at the big names that went that way. I was greeted by Leanna Coffman, I showed her the coupon, she said yes, see what you would like and the coupon will be applied. I asked her if I had to make a purchase more than the $199.00 she said no. I walked around the store, I have been looking for new lamps. I ran in the sales manager, Mark Davis, I told himy story, that I figured this was a gimmick to get me to purchase the plan, he said, no way! That is yours to spend however you want, and said if I needed any help to let him know. I continued on my search, being greeted by Leanna to make sure I didn't have any questions. I did find a lamp I really liked, she helped me out a bulb in and turn it on. Perfect, I told her I would just take one, at the register she said I will give you 25% off, I said, OH! Great, I will also take the other one, Mr. Mark Davis came by and said, did you find something, I told him yes, going to get both lamps, he asked the Leanna how much was I going to pay for the pair, he said give them to her for .... I said really! He said yes, we stand behind our policy and nothing hidden. He said, I appreciate you being honest when you came in and was thinking the coupon was a gimmick. I have also purchased my purple bedding from Ashley's, I have always been treated so kind and couldn't ask for more professional home like folks.
