It was a rainy day but luckily we were able to convert from cooking on the patio to cooking in the garage. The food was amazing and it was the perfect get-together of friends, family, and amazing food. The best part was the crispy rice stuck to the pan afterwards. We will definitely be inviting Chef Jesus back for future events! It was great to hear how his family started this business, perfected the recipe, and how proud he was to share it with us. We definitely will keep PaellaDeliciosa and Chef Jesus in mind for upcoming events! There's an option to pick up the paella or have it cooked on-site. We loved the on-site option for us (he brings all the necessary equipment) but we'd definitely look into picking it up as well. We had about 20 guests, and despite people going back for seconds, had plenty of delicious leftovers afterwards.

I'm not much of a chef and it's hard to cook and entertain, so I needed something new and fun - paella and empanadas! Ordered beef and chicken empanadas which were served before dinner with chips, salsa, guac, and queso. Great start- yum! My favorite were the chicken, but the beef were also tasty. Jesus set up on our deck to cook the paella. He came with everything needed (i.e. propane, burner, giant pan, table, etc) and got right to it. Watching him put everything together white we were enjoying empanadas and some wine was completely enjoyable. Not only was the experience fun to watch, but the paella was delicious! I think he had everything in there from seafood, chicken and sausage to veggies and of course rice. It was a great balance and I don't know what's in the broth, but it all came together beautifully. We all completely enjoyed the food and experience and what fun to have everything prepared right in front of us on our deck! Jesus cleaned everything up like he was never even there. If you want something a bit more unique that I can almost guarantee everyone will enjoy, give this a try. Oh, of course there was too much food so we have leftovers which re-heat perfectly! Highly recommend!

The level of planning and detail that Geovanny the catering manager put into listening to me as a client and attending to all the details was phenomenal. I just can't say enough great things about how thorough he was, the last time I ordered with this company. I've used their services before in the past and they were always reasonably and comparably priced even given the high quality and standards that they have in food quality. I'd love to use them more as well but their price structure is over the top expensive when you add up all their nickle and dime fees. They are penny-wise and pound foolish. I wish they would get back to more competitive pricing. Quality and service is great but nickle and dime-ing the client is never a good thing. I don't believe the pricing was within Geovanny's control. Why haven't they had a Yelp page before now? I had to create their account page in order to post this review. If their prices became more balanced I'd have my companies returning again for their service. d

We recently had the opportunity to hire Premier Catering for one of the most important days of our…read morelives, our wedding. All I have to say is beware and be warned and I will be as honest as possible. I have also read some of the good reviews here but I think there is a big difference in delivering small office lunches and catering for a wedding. The reason why we picked Premier was because it came recommended by one of the coordinators we were working with. Our initial impression and experience was great. We went out and did the tasting in Ashburn. The food was great. The owner Reza was nice and we came back thinking we found the right place for our big day. We asked them to provide food for two days. Our Henna night as well as our wedding day. He showed us a printed brochure with his menu and prices for catering. The prices go up if you order more items, and they go down if you order less items. We werent sure about our final headcount to which he said, just let us know a couple of weeks before the wedding and we will adjust the headcount. He also assured us that it wont impact the pricing. We also decided to hire them to provide other supplies for the wedding day (because we thought it will be easier to deal with a few vendors than to hire separate vendors for everything). So far so good. The wedding was 6 months away. They asked for a big deposit and we obliged. As the wedding start to get closer, the attitude and the willingness to help start to disappear. The things that we had discussed and agreed upon were now under "additional" charge category. It didnt stop there. It got to a point where my wife was in tears trying to sort things out and said I cant deal with them anymore. It felt like as of it the owner was trying to get more and more out for delivering less and less and if you are planning a big day, its the last thing you need. The straw that broke the camel's back was when my wife called and said they are increasing the cost of the food because we gave them the final headcount. At this point I ran out of patience and got on the phone with the owner and told him what we had agreed upon. He said "We werent expecting your headcount to go down this much" (From 75, it went down to 60). After a bit of a frustrating back and forth, he said, I should look at the contract (which by the way he asked us to sign on the first day when we met for tasting and by saying "Dont you worry about anything, we will adjust the count when you have it". Lesson learned -- make sure you read the contract and make addendum as needed. I still stood my grounds and told him that I honestly dont care about the contract. I care about what I was told in front of 3 other people. (My wife and my in-laws). On our wedding day, they provided half of the food and the other half of the food was provided by another restaurant (we wanted to represent our cultures and foods from both sides). Since Premier catering was the primary caterer, an arrangement was made for them to serve "all" of the food. The timing and the service was not to our expectations at all. They screwed up the "Indian" appetizers. Part of the food was not served. After dinner, when it was time for cake cutting, we found out that they didnt bring the cake cutting knife. It was embarrassing when we were handed a butter knife to cut the wedding cake. After the dinner, almost an hour went by but no dessert was served. I finally went up to Reza and said where is the dessert. I didnt get a solid answer. I asked them to put the dessert out right away. It was one thing after another and overall experience wasn't what we were expecting. In the contrast, we held our Henna night (day before the wedding day) at the Hyatt and everything went flawlessly. Both of these nights were at the same scale and with the same number of people, caterers and had a similar timeline. As a business owner myself, customer service and honesty is extremely important to grow the business. Being sweet may work up front but if you cant work with your customers and dont operate in the spirit of helping your customer, if the main goal always remains making money, then you simply can't be trusted and without trust, it's very hard to sustain business.

We ordered a sandwich platter with a variety of meats, a pan of lasagna, two fruit platters, and some drinks. Accompanying our meal were all the usual plates, utensils, and condiments, etc. The delivery guys were professional and left right after they had set everything up for us. The food was on point and there was plenty to go around. I've ordered food for a dozen people before where the caterer brought exactly enough for a dozen with none to spare (to my embarrassment). That was not the case with these guys. Although the sandwiches were delicious in their own right, the Lasagna was the star of this show. The fruit was also fresh, but by the time we got to that we were too full to eat much of it - which left plenty of leftovers for the bottom feeders in my office :) I would definitely order from this place again. When comparing them to some of the other places I've ordered from, their prices were on par, but the food was a cut above.

Despite being reassured they would take them seriously, and their food would be safe to eat, dinner was delivered with a salad that had crushed walnuts on top and orzo pasta that had pine nuts pesto (which we were only told about after contacting to complain about the walnuts). This could have been a fatal mistake on their part and we were lucky our nut-allergic son did not eat the food. Upon finding the allergens we promptly threw the food away and questioned the safety of the other dishes. This celebratory event could have turned tragic in a heartbeat and I don't believe Silver Spoon understands the severity of the situation. We never received an explanation as to how something so dangerous could have happened, especially in today's day of food allergy awareness. We are truly disappointed because I know businesses can properly handle food allergies; this is not one of them.
