The patty was very thick and had potential, but the fries were ice cold. Service slowed at this point--it took a long time to get ketchup or any follow-up. We noticed staff eating in a booth behind us while two employees behind the bar appeared busy, which was disappointing. The beer selection is excellent, but my Dirty Shirley tasted off. I switched to a Tito's and Sprite, but it still didn't taste right--likely flat soda that hadn't been changed. Instead of using her customer service and say "sure we can do that" she said very rudingly thinking I could not hear her" I don't know why you just can't do it when you get here but whatever" I just about told her to cancel the transaction.
