Every time I go to Menards I find things I didn't even know I needed. I try to plan my trip accordingly, knowing exactly what aisle I need to go to, etc. The carts are almost never charged, leaving me afraid they will conk out and leave me stranded in an aisle somewhere. Last time I tried to order on-line and do an in store pick up. If you are trying this out to save steps, DON'T! To claim your order, you have to navigate the entire length of the store and bring your items back to the front. Using it did not accomplish my goals.

Horrible customer service over the phone, and in person. Manangement told me that my mattress is already done it's job 7 to 10 years is usually the life span of a mattress. I did not want him to tell me that, I wanted him to help me file my claim to be in my side! $1000+ mattress only lasted me for only 7 years?? Well might as well take my money somewhere else. If this store is not going to back my warranty. Never again purchase from SlumberLand. Might as well go to Willmar Hennen's furniture store.

At Slumberland it wasn't work at all. We told her what we were looking for and she showed it to us. Fell in love immediately after sitting on it and it was exactly what we wanted. Purchased a loveseat and chair. We will be back for additional furniture for the basement in the future.
