Nice place , beautiful plants. We went to look for trees and 2 ladies working there were chatting and didn't even ask if they could help us. Very few customers were there that day so they could have showed some courtesy. We went to Redwood Nursery and they had many helpful staff that really seemed to care. This is Marshalls best place I've found for assisting with landscaping and picking out flowers and plants. Love the cleanliness of the store and how beautifully they decorate. The plant selection is huge and the plants they sell are the best quality I've seen at any garden center. We are from Texas and just moved to the area and couldnt be happier that we've found Greenwood Nursery for our landscaping needs. I can't wait to come back to look around some more. Hannah was really helpful and even helped getting everything out to our truck. The owner hasa beautiful yellow lab that my kids love that puts the icing on the cake. read more

Don't bother to order from here, go to any other Nursery online. Worst customer service I have ever received. Tried to get plants for someone who had Stage IV Cancer. Told them how important it was, and it changed nothing. From Jan. to April these people promised over and over, giving a different date while still advertising that they had the plants. He only wanted the final two plants to complete his garden. Finally I had enough of being a fool believing they would ever be sent (Every time they told me it would be sent or told me to wait or call) and told them to kick rocks. I would try Fast Growing Trees.com. I ordered from them and what a completely different experience. Great customer service, even replaced 2 plants for free that became diseased three months later. Don't waste your time with Greenwood Nursery, your Newborn will be grown and you still might not have your plants. My Stage IV Cancer patient waited too long. It was very sad. read more

This place was fantastic. I went to look for a few places for my new house and the girls working there were very helpful. They really knew there stuff and even helped load my tree in the truck! I'll be back soon to get more to finish up this project. Highly recommend. read more

This is a great place! I love their huge selection of flowers and goodies in their greenhouse. I go to greenwoods several times a year to get various things and last year was working on a landscape project we were trying to do ourselves. Jason and Myrra did a great job of helping us find the right plants that would do well in the areas I wanted to plant. Myrra even came to my house and helped draw up a plan free of charge. They were so nice to work with. I can't wait until this Coronavirus thing is over and we can continue our project this year. Such a great business and people to have in Marshall. read more

After driving 50 miles one way to get our large order of trees we got to the store to find it closed early. The staff knew we were on our way and they closed early anyway. After calling the other store to find out what was going on we were hung up on. I called them back and the staff member spoke over me while I was trying to explain our situation. They said we would receive a call to let us know that our order had come in so we could go get it. We never got that call, we had to call them. Definitely not doing business with them in the future. read more
