Our first experience with Mattress Barn was when we were looking for a mattress to put in a camper. They understood our needs and limited price range and helped us pick out a comfortable mattress for a reasonable price. Then when my father-in-law, who is in assisted living, and has a lift chair, had his chair die on him, late in the day on a Friday. We stopped in and they were awesome. They helped us find the perfect chair, gave a great deal on in, and told us because it was a medical need, there would be no sales tax. We were going to haul the chair ourselves, but knew it was going to be difficult for two of us to move it in, but they were there for us again. They delivered the chair and the two gentlemen that delivered it, brought it all the way in and placed it in the exact spot it needed to be in. Wonderful people to work with! read more

The owners and employees at Mattress Barn will bend over backward to get you the product you want. They are always honest about the time it takes to get a product that needs to be special ordered. Their beds and furniture are fantastic. They stand behind the warrenties and go out of their way to make sure you get the product that you ordered. Their beds and pillows are fantastic. They will even let you take a pillow home to sleep on it to make sure it is the right one for you. And if that pillow isn't right, they let you try another until you find the one to give you the best night's sleep. 5 stars to our home town business doing their best to help our community. read more

Wheelchair bound I called re : a recliner, they offered to bring two for me to choose from, 40 mile trip one way! Quality is outstanding, color was perfect, they are good listeners...and the delivery guys were awesome too. Now a year later I am going back for a couch....very impressed with the service they provided me as I could not make it into the store. I went in to buy a couple mattress pads and a pillow, nothing huge, but didn't know exactly what I was looking for either. They helped me pick out what would work for my son, I didn't know there were so many choices and things to looks at. We ordered 2 new couches and a recliner around Christmas time. We did not want naugahyde or leather so had to order them to be made. We were promised 3 weeks and ended up waiting 6. Reason? Too many sales for special ordered items. Luckily we were not in a hurry so this all turned out fine. As soon as they showed up at the store they were delivered to our home. The customer service was wonderful. We were looking for a big boy bedroom set for my little guy! Everyone was super patient as I didnt really know what i wanted. They went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect bedroom set.
