Contacted Josh asked him what my options were. He said after getting together with sales manager co owner Daren Kesteloot, Tom Kesteloot Owner and Travis Kesteloot- Co-Owner they all agree I had more than enough information to be able to catch their mistake and provided me with a picture of the serial number, a picture of the tractor and a picture of a quote from another company to another person without a serial number. 2/15/18 not wanting to get into a hassle over it suggested we find out what the cost of the high horsepower option is deprecate it same percentage as tractor from new and I would be willing to split it with them and move on. As of 2/28/18 have not even revived a response.

A top notch, reliable and most importantly trustworthy company with outstanding customer service…read more I have been ordering ResMed and Phillips Resperonics needs from Secondwind CPAP for my CPAP/BiPAP related night time breathing supplies for years. I skip the whole insurance coverage pain and order direct, great prices, fast shipping, and excellent customer service, and I find ordering direct without insurance can often be cheaper than ordering through a insurance DME provider, at least in my top shelf health insurance plan coverage anyway. With Secondwind you are kept updated on your order status via email every step of the order. A special shout out to Brandon, thank you for the assistance on my last order. Best of the best!

I went back later to review the bill and they had overcharged me $200. Once I received the glasses they fit terribly and I returned them. I decided to take a pair of frames I already owned and have lenses added to them. When I went through the process, they had never reimbursed my insurance for the glasses I had returned. We finally were able to figure it all out but it was a struggle. My daughter had got new glasses around the same time. She never wore them as she has contacts and they are just for backup. A few months later she opened the case and the glasses looked like they were shattered. We took them into Shopko and they blamed my daughter for the issue. They were not pleasant. We asked if that would happen to the new glasses we had ordered and they said it could and would not stand behind the glasses if it did. She tried on the new frames/glasses and they were terrible. The optician said she needs to get used to the fact that they now work for her astigmatism. (She doesn't have an astigmatism, she has never had one and does not have one now.) We took the glasses/frames that looked shattered to another optical center and they said the glasses were over baked and it was not our fault. We do like one of the optometrists, but we are done ordering glasses here.

After using several websites and going through the motion of making the purchase, only to find out they were out of stock, I was getting discouraged. When Mattress Barn's website offered to text message for inquiries, Amber was quick to not only say they had two pillows in stock, but verified it personally to make sure. I voiced my concern about arrival time before Christmas, but Amber stated someone would contact me the following day. After making the purchase, Laura was true to Amber's word and called me to provide shipping options and determine what worked best for me. Although the shipping cost was a little absurd to make it before Christmas, we did pick one that arrived the day after. Kudos to Amber and Laura for making this purchase, that once seemed hopeless for the holidays, a reality. Thank you!
