11/13/2017 I purchased a high end tractor clearly advertised and invoiced as high horsepower model from Josh at Kesteloot. 2/13/18 determined it was not high horsepower model. Contacted Josh asked him what my options were. He said after getting together with sales manager co owner Daren Kesteloot, Tom Kesteloot Owner and Travis Kesteloot- Co-Owner they all agree I had more than enough information to be able to catch their mistake and provided me with a picture of the serial number, a picture of the tractor and a picture of a quote from another company to another person without a serial number. 2/15/18 not wanting to get into a hassle over it suggested we find out what the cost of the high horsepower option is deprecate it same percentage as tractor from new and I would be willing to split it with them and move on.
