It was next to impossible to communicate with them, they promised a call twice and only finally called me when they realized i canceled my card so they couldn't screw me up any worse. Do business with at your own risk. Unless you have something legally binding with them your really in for a ride, and good luck trying to communicate with the extremely rude people I dealt with. What else is there except I had to actually report my card stolen to keep them from screwing up my account, and the fact that they knew their was problems and still tried chargeing my card without consulting me in the first place.
