Lisa, the owner, is very friendly and helpful :) there are many different types of soles ( flats, heals, wedges, etc etc) and straps in all different colours and styles. The store has only been open for a few months, but I am sure they will do well. I will be sure to stop in here again on my next trip to Kelowna!

I was told that there was only one and it was a large and fit her. So I'm thinking ok, I can look at other clothes and I asked questions about some clothing and was dismissed. I was told sorry thanks for shopping a few times. I was going to look at the shoes as I had purchased them before. When I asked about the shoes I didn't get a reply. Both retail assistants just said bye have a nice day. I will not be shopping at this store again. It's too bad because my previous experience was good.
